به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علی ذبیحی، خزانه دار شورای اسلامی شهر کرج در نطق پیش از دستور نود و چهارمین جلسه رسمی این شورا شهر خطاب به شهردار کرج گفت: در تباصر بودجه ۱۴۰۱ مبلغ ۶۴ میلیارد ريال برای همسان سازی حقوق کارکنان پیش بینی شده است؛ آیا تاکنون جلساتی برگزار شده است؟ آیا صدای کارکنان شنیده شده و آیا گزارشی از اقدامات به کمیته منابع انسانی ارسال شده است؟
وی ادامه داد: حدود ۴۰ روز تا پایان سال باقی مانده است چرا فشار پرداخت ها را به پایان سال موکول می کنید؟ امروز زمزمه هایی مبنی بر مخالفت شورای اسلامی با همسان سازی حقوق کارکنان به گوش می رسد که کاملاً خلاف واقع بوده و اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر کرج هیچ گونه مخالفتی با پرداخت ها نداشته و ندارند.
عضو شورای اسلامی شهر کرج به تعیین تکلیف نظام همسان سازی کارکنان اشاره و اذعان کرد: شهرداری کرج موظف است نسبت به بندهای تباصر بودجه به ویژه نظام همسان سازی حقوق کارکنان فارغ از نوع قرارداد اقدام و نتیجه اقدامات تا پایان بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱ به شورای اسلامی شهرکرج ارسال کنند.
