به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، عمار ایزدیار، سخنگو و نائب رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج با اشاره به مصوبات نود و سومین جلسه رسمی شورای شهر کرج، اظهار کرد: طی برگزاری جلسات مختلف، برخی املاک واقع در مسیر پروژه بزرگراه شمالی بررسی و دو ملک تملک و در اختیار پیمانکار قرار گرفت.
وی با اشاره به اینکه شهرداری به همراه اعضای شورای شهر کرج با برگزاری نشست‌های گوناگون سعی در تامین منابع مالی و رفع معارضین کردند، گفت: در این راستا از مجموعه اداره کل املاک و مستغلات شهرداری برای تملک این دو ملک در مسیر پروژه بزرگراه شمالی تقدیر و تشکر می کنم.
نائب رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج همچنین به برگزاری جلسات کمیسیون تلفیق و بررسی بودجه پیشنهادی سال آینده شهرداری اشاره و اذعان کرد: جلسات متعددی در راستای تصویب بودجه مصوب سال ۱۴۰۲ شهرداری آغاز شده و در حال بررسی بودجه پیشنهادی مناطق، معاونت ها و سازمان های شهرداری است.
ایزدیار در خصوص لایحه درآمد پایدار، خاطرنشان کرد: در راستای این لایحه، تحول عظیمی در ردیف های درآمدی پیش بینی شده است که در کمیسیون تلفیق و برنامه و بودجه با نظر اعضای شورای شهر کرج به تصویب خواهد رسید و ملاک عمل مدیریت شهری این مصوبه خواهد بود.
وی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: در اين قانون، اصلاح مبناي محاسبه نرخ عوارض نوسازي و تقويت ضمانت وصول اين عوارض درچارچوب تشویق و جریمه مؤدی، شامل افزايش عوارض نوسازي، به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين منابع درآمدي پايدار شهرداري لحاظ شده است.
