به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز حسین فاضلی هریکندی، رئیس کل دادگستری استان البرز، از آغاز روند تخریب ساختمان متعلق به دستگاه قضا در بستر رودخانه کرج خبر داد و با اشاره قدمت ۵۰ ساله این ساختمان گفت: این بنای قدیمی که بعد از انقلاب به قوه قضاییه منتقل شده است، امروز کاملا تخریب و بستر و حریم رودخانه کرج در این قسمت آزادسازی می‌شود.
فاضلی هریکندی با بیان اینکه اقدام امروز قوه قضاییه مؤید عزم و اراده دستگاه قضایی برای اجرای قانون در راستای حفظ و صیانت از حقوق عامه است، عنوان کرد: با توجه به تاکیدات رئیس قوه قضائیه مبنی بر اینکه تا حد امکان، از آسیب به مصالح و ابزار آلات ساختمانی که قابلیت استفاده مجدد دارند، جلوگیری شود، در تخریب امروز نیز، به این موضوع توجه شد و مصالح و تجهیزاتی که امکان استفاده مجدد از آ‌ن‌ها وجود دارد، از تخریب مصون ماندند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه این اقدام قوه قضاییه حاوی دو پیام است، اظهار کرد: پیام اول اینکه دستگاه قضا عملاً قانونمندی را از خود شروع کرده و پیش قدم شده است و پیام دوم را به سایر متصرفین می‌دهد که دستگاه‌های اجرایی، نهاد‌های عمومی و سایر ارگان‌هایی که در حریم و بستر رودخانه تصرف و مستحدثاتی دارند باید خودشان پیش قدم شوند.
