به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علیرضا رحیمی، رئیس کمیسیون عمران و حمل و نقل شورای اسلامی شهر کرج در حاشیه جلسه بررسی مبادی و خروجی های شهر گفت: با توجه به بیانات نماینده ولی فقیه در استان البرز و پیگیری اعضای شورا در آذر سال گذشته این موضوع در کمیسیون عمران بررسی و در بودجه ۱۴۰۲، مبلغ ۲۰ میلیارد تومان به ساماندهی ورودی و خروجی های شهر کرج اختصاص یافت.
وی با اشاره به اینکه مجموعه مدیریت شهری به تنهایی موظف به ارائه خدمات در برخی محدوده‌ها نیست، ضمن گلایه از کم کاری اداره کل راهداری در اجرای خدمات مربوط به خود اذعان کرد: این اداره کل، بار وظایف خود را بر دوش شهروندان و شهرداری نهاده و مدیریت مسافرت های بین شهری در ایام پیک سال را بر عهده خود مردم گذاشته است.
رئیس کمیسیون عمران و حمل و نقل شورای اسلامی شهر کرج افزود: این اداره کل، حفظ و نگهداری مسیرها و زیباسازی ورودی و خروجی شهر را نیز در حیطه وظایف خود ندانسته و این در حالی است که خود را محق بهره‌برداری تجاری از فضاها و اماکن تجاری بین مسیر می‌داند. هر دستگاه خدمت رسان موظف است به تعهدات و وظایف خود عمل کند؛ بهره‌برداری از خدمات دیگران شایسته نیست.
رحیمی جهت تشریح روشن تر موضوع، به پروژه قزلحصار اشاره و مطرح کرد: طبق دعوت از مسئولان مربوطه اداره کل راهداری استان البرز توافقی مبنی بر اجرای اقدامات عمرانی در ضلع شرق مسیر از سوی شهرداری و انجام خدمات عمرانی، روشنایی و اصلاح پل های عابرپیاده از سوی این اداره کل صورت گیرد.
وی اضافه کرد: با وجود رخ دادن حوادث و خسارت‌های مالی و جانی متعدد شهروندان، مجموعه مدیریت شهری به منظور ارتقای سطح ایمنی مردم با صرف حدود ۱۰۰ میلیارد تومان، اقدامات لازم اعم از جدول گذاری، نصب تجهیزات لازم ترافیکی و لوله گذاری به طول ۱۴ کیلومتر برای جمع آوری آب های سطحی مسیر را انجام داد اما همچنان دستگاه متولی خدمات ناقصی را اجرا کرد.
