به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علیرضا عباسی، نماینده مردم البرز در مجلس شورای اسلامی طی نشستی که با هدف بررسی و اصلاح قیمت تعیین شده برای خرید تضمینی گندم در سال ۱۴۰۲ در کمیسیون کشاورزی برپا شد گفت: مبتنی بر قانون تضمین خرید محصولات اساسی کشاورزی مصوبه سال ۱۳۶۸ مجلس، چهار راهبرد مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
وی ادامه داد: توجه به هزینه‌هاي واقعی تولید و سود متعارف، حفظ رابطه مبادله داخل و خارج بخش کشاورزي، آخرین نرخ تورم اعلامی مرکز آمار ایران و هزینه تمام شده محصول مشابه وارداتی و تعیین قیمت تضمینی محصولات، از شاخص های مهم تضمین قیمت است.
عضو کمیسیون کشاورزی، آب، منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست مجلس شورای اسلامی بیان کرد: طی سال زراعی جاری، چهار عامل ذکر شده تحت تأثیر تورم ناشی از شرایط اقتصادی ماه‌های اخیر قرار گرفته و لذا لازم بود، قیمت تضمینی محصول راهبردی گندم در سال جاری بر اساس شرایط موجود، مورد بازبینی قرار گیرد.
به گفته عباسی، عدم بازبینی قیمت تضمینی گندم می تواند تبعاتی همچون عدم تحویل گندم تولیدی به دولت و خطرناک‌تر از آن، کاهش سطح زیر‌کشت این محصول راهبردی در سال آینده و نهایتا کاهش تولید داخل و افزایش بی‌سابقه واردات این محصول استراتژیک را به همراه داشته باشد.
وی افزود: به همین منظور جلسه ای با حضور معاونین وزارت جهاد کشاورزی، انجمن گندمکاران و نمایندگان بخش خصوصی در کمیسیون کشاورزی تشکیل شد و موضوعات مورد بحث و جمع بندی قرار گرفت و پیشنهادات، ملاحظات و هشدارهای مرتبط با موضوع در راستای تحقق شعار سال در زمینه رشد تولید به مسئولین امر ارسال شد.
