به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، حسین فاضلی هریکندی رئیس کل دادگستری استان البرز در نشستی که با شهردار و اعضای شورای شهر کرج در محل دادگستری استان البرز برگزار شد با اشاره به برخی اقدامات دستگاه قضایی استان که مرتبط با حوزه شهری است گفت: آزادسازی حریم و بستر رودخانه کرج، یکی از اقدامات مهم دادگستری در البرز بود که با حمایت و رهنمودهای رئیس قوه قضائیه و پس از طی مراحل مطالعاتی و شناسایی وارد فاز عملیاتی شد، این آزادسازی‌ها همچنان ادامه دارد.
وی با تاکید بر نقش اقدامات دادگستری کل استان در احیای حقوق عامه افزود: شروع به احداث پارکرود در اراضی آزاد شده حاشیه رودخانه کرج، نمونه‌ای موفق از تعامل دستگاه قضایی با دستگاه اجرایی و شهرداری کرج برای زمینه سازی بهره مندی عموم مردم از زیبایی‌های جاده چالوس و رودخانه کرج است.
نماینده عالی قوه قضائیه در استان البرز ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز در کرج را به عنوان یکی از معضلات و مشکلات حوزه شهری بیان کرد و متذکر شد: در این زمینه لازم است اقدامات جدی توسط دستگاه‌های متولی صورت گیرد و دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان نیز باید ارائه اشتراک جدید به ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز را متوقف کنند.
در این نشست همچنین مجموعه شورای اسلامی شهر و شهرداری مراتب قدردانی خود را از فعالیت های عدالت محور دادگستری استان در رفع موانع از بستر و حریم رودخانه کرج، رفع تصرف اراضی ملی و منابع طبیعی، آزادسازی بستر و حریم رودخانه آتشگاه و هوشمندسازی در پیشگیری و مقابله با تغییرکاربری‌ها را اعلام کردند.
