به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، امیرحسین کاظمینی، مدیر منطقه چهار شهرداری کرج با اشاره به ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز گفت: در راستای حفظ کاربری اراضی زراعی و باغی، هفت هزار مترمربع اراضی کشاورزی که به صورت غیرمجاز تغییر کاربری یافته بود شامل (دیوارکشی و بنای نیمه کاره) با حضور نماینده سازمان جهاد کشاورزی و عوامل انتظامی در محدوده خیابان چمن و محله قنبرآباد تخریب شد.
وی مطرح کرد: ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز به نوعی زیر پا گذاشتن حقوق شهروندی و تجاوز به حریم و امکانات شهری به شمار می‌رود؛ از همین رو شهرداری با جدیت خواستار مقابله با روند ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز در حریم شهر است.
کاظمینی خاطرنشان کرد: ساخت و سازهای غیراصولی علاوه بر تخریب سیمای شهر به دلیل فقدان استحکام بنا مشکلی جدی برای عموم شهروندان است؛ از مردم درخواست می شود قبل از هرگونه احداث بنا و دیوارکشی و سایر اقدام ها پیرامون ساخت و ساز در املاک خود نسبت به اخذ مجوزهای لازم از شهرداری اقدام کنند.
