به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، فریدون محمدی، مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی استان البرز از موافقت وزارتخانه با ثبت پنج اثر منقول فرهنگی تاریخی موشلان تپه واقع در روستای اسماعیل آباد از توابع شهرستان ساوجبلاغ در فهرست آثار ملی خبر داد.
وی مطرح کرد: عملیات گمانه‌زنی به منظور تعیین عرصه و پیشنهاد حریم محوطه پیش از تاریخی موشلان تپه با مجوز پژوهشگاه وزارتخانه میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی در بهار سال جاری از محل اعتبارات استانی انجام شد.
محمدی ادامه داد: طی گمانه‌زنی در این محوطه پنج ظرف سفالی شامل سه ظرف پایه‌دار منقوش و دو ظرف قدح منقوش متعلق به هزاره پنجم قبل از میلاد به دست آمد و اقدامات کارشناسی و مرمتی بر روی این آثار انجام شد.
مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی استان البرز اظهار کرد: پس از مرمت اشیای مذکور، پرونده ثبتی آثار توسط کار‌شناسان واحد ثبت آثار اداره‌کل تهیه شد و در شورای ثبت اموال منقول تاریخی‌فرهنگی وزارتخانه مربوطه مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت.
محوطه موشلان‌تپه پنجم دی ماه سال ۱۳۵۶ به شماره ۱۵۴۴ در فهرست آثار ملی به ثبت رسیده و یکی از محوطه‌ها و سایت‌های مهم پیش از تاریخی کشور است که طی سال‌ها‌ی ۱۳۵۷، ۱۳۵۶ و ۱۳۳۷ مورد کاوش‌ها‌ی باستان‌شناسی قرار گرفته و آثار حاصله از این پژوهش‌ها هم‌اکنون در موزه ملی در معرض دید عموم قرار گرفته و نگهداری می‌شود.
