به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سردار عباسعلی محمدیان، فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز گفت: در پی وقوع چندین فقره تصادف بین یک دستگاه خودروی پراید و خودروهای مختلف در نقاط مختلف استان البرز، بررسی موضوع به صورت مشترک در دستورکار پلیس های راهور و آگاهی قرار گرفت.
وی افزود: ماموران در بررسی های اولیه متوجه شدند که در بازه زمانی یک سال ۴۸ فقره تصادف برای خودروی پراید مذکور ثبت شده که در تمامی تصادف ها این خودرو مقصر نبوده است.
فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز با اشاره به محرز شدن تصادف ساختگی توسط راننده این خودرو، اظهار کرد: در ادامه ماموران با انجام اقدامات پلیسی متهم را به پلیس راهور هدایت و در عملیاتی غافلگیرانه نامبرده را دستگیر و به پلیس آگاهی منتقل کردند.
محمدیان تصریح کرد: متهم به ۴۸ فقره کلاهبرداری از شهروندان به شیوه ایجاد تصادف ساختگی اقرار کرد. وی در حین حرکت در خیابان های یکطرفه با ترمز ناگهانی موجب برخورد خودروهای عقبی با خودروی وی می شد و با دریافت خسارت جزئی از شهروندان، از شکایت صرف نظر می کرد و رضایت می داد.
فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز با بیان اینکه ارزش کلاهبرداری این متهم حدود سه میلیارد ریال برآورد شده است، خاطرنشان کرد: تلاش برای شناسایی مالباختگان این پرونده ادامه دارد.
