به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، همزمان با روز ملی صنعت و معدن و با دستور ویدیو کنفرانسی رئیس جمهور و به صورت همزمان با حضور استاندار البرز، نماینده مردم ساوجبلاغ در مجلس شورای اسلامی، رئیس سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت البرز و جمعی از مدیران ارشد استانی، یکی از بزرگترین واحدهای تولیدی شیرینی و شکلات خاورمیانه در شهرستان ساوجبلاغ با سرمایه گذاری بالغ بر ۱۰ هزار و ۶۷۰ میلیارد تومان و تولید بیش از ۴۰۰ نوع محصولات غذایی و شیرینی جات با فناوری روز دنیا به بهره برداری رسید.
مرتضی سلطانی رئیس هیات مدیره گروه صنعتی و پژوهشی زر در این مراسم گفت: این گروه صنعتی و پژوهشی پیشرو در صنعت غذایی کشور و با ۱۷ صنعت مختلف غذایی، صنایع تبدیلی، دانش بنیان و خدماتی فعالیت می کند؛ این کارخانه با مساحت ۳۰۰ هزار متر مربع و با همت مهندسان و کارگران جوان این مرز و بوم، ساخته شده و به عنوان یکی از بزرگترین طرحهای بخش خصوصی کشور برای پنج هزار نفر شغل ایجاد کرده است.
وی با بیان اینکه همه محصولات این کارخانه امکان صادرات و حضور در بازارهای جهانی را دارند و با بزرگترین شرکت های چندملیتی رقابت خواهند کرد و به انحصار آنها پایان خواهند داد، افزود: زنجیره تامین کامل گروه صنعتی زر، از مزرعه تا سفره را پوشش می دهد و وجود شرکت های آرد زر، زرماکارون، سیلوهای پیشرفته ذخیره سازی غلات، پالایشگاه دانش بنیان غلات زر با محصولات های تک از خانواده شیرین کننده های طبیعی در یک مجموعه در دنیا کم نظیر است.
رئیس هیات مدیره گروه صنعتی و پژوهشی زر خاطرنشان کرد: بهره برداری از کارخانه زرکام، تحولات بی سابقه‌ای در صنایع تبدیلی و بازرگانی در سطح ملی و کشورهای منطقه به دنبال خواهد داشت.
