به گزارش خبرنگار پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علی قاسم پور، رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج امروز در هشتاد و ششمین جلسه رسمی شورای شهر کرج ضمن تسلیت ایام شهادت حضرت فاطمه زهرا (س) گفت: در سالروز شهادت بانوی دو عالم، در این شهر میزبان پیکر مطهر ۶ تن از شهدای دوران دفاع مقدس هستیم که از همه اقشار مردم و همکاران شهرداری و شورای شهر دعوت می کنم در مراسم تشییع پیکر این شهدا حضور یابند.
وی با بیان اینکه این لاله های گلگون کفن مملکت، در راستای اعتلای نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران و حفاظت و حراست از این مرز و بوم، جان خود را فدا و تقدیم نظام و انقلاب کردند، عنوان کرد: بنا بر قانون، شهرداری باید تا روز پایانی ماه جاری، لایحه بودجه سال ۱۴۰۲ که برنامه اجرایی مدیریت شهری در سال آینده است را به شورای شهر کرج ارسال کند.
رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج افزود: شورای اسلامی شهر نیز موظف است تا اوایل اسفند ماه، بودجه را برای تایید نهایی به کمیته انطباق فرمانداری کرج ارسال کند. فرصت ها به سرعت در حال گذر هستند و ما باید آن ها را مغتنم بشماریم و از لحظه لحظه آن ها نهایت بهره را ببریم. حواشی و مسائلی از این قبیل، نباید ما را از هدف اصلی که خدمت رسانی و نوکری مردم است، دور کند.
قاسم پور با اشاره به اینکه انتظار می رود شهرداری کرج برنامه ریزی های لازم برای بودجه سال آینده را صورت داده باشد و به سرعت آن ها را به پایان برساند، اظهار کرد: شورای اسلامی شهر کرج در دوره ششم، بنابر صحبت ها و برنامه ریزی های قبلی که از تریبون رسمی اعلام شده، در فضای حمایت، هدایت و نظارت بر عملکرد مجموعه مدیریت شهری و شهردار کرج گام برداشته و همین روند را نیز ادامه خواهد داد.
وی بیان کرد: بنابراین مسائل و موضوعات را به صورت مشورتی و تعاملی دنبال کرده و پیش خواهیم برد مگر آنکه در موضوعی، تخلف از قانون صورت گیرد که در چنین شرایطی، شورای شهر از باب نظارتی ورود خواهد کرد. امید آن می رود با تمرکز بر بودجه عملیاتی و برنامه ریزی های صورت گرفته، پویایی بیشتر مجموعه بزرگ شهرداری با رویکردهای اجتماعی، فرهنگی، عمرانی و … رقم بخورد.
رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: امروز ما دیگر شهرداری را صرفا یک نهاد خدمات رسان نمی بینیم بلکه این مجموعه را یک نهاد اجتماعی قوی و مرتبط با زندگی و آرامش و آسایش مردم می دانیم و ما به سهم خود، تمام تلاشمان را در راستای ارتقای عملکرد این مجموعه به کار خواهیم گرفت تا نتایج آن ها در سطح شهر قابل مشاهده باشد.
