به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، احمد افضلی، معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری البرز امروز در نشست رسیدگی به مشکلات ساخت مسکن و نوسازی بافت فرسوده شهرهای استان از آغاز اجرای طرح صدور جواز ساخت برای واحدهای مسکونی بافت های فرسوده کرج خبر داد.
وی افزود: بر این اساس، شهرداری کرج باید در سال جاری برای ۲ هزار و ۴۰۰ واحد مسکونی مستقر در بافت های فرسوده و شهرداری های محمدشهر، فردیس، اشتهارد، کمالشهر و ماهدشت نیز برای ۸۰۰ واحد مسکونی جواز ساخت صادر کنند.
معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری البرز با تاکید بر اینکه ارائه گزارش در خصوص بسته های تشویقی برای بافت های فرسوده شهر کرج از سوی شهرداری ضروری است، مطرح کرد: بر این اساس شهرداری در جلسه آتی گزارشی از بسته تشویقی در بافت فرسوده شهر کرج ارائه کند.
افضلی اظهار کرد: بر این اساس سازمان نظام مهندسی استان البرز، مشکلات بکارگیری مهندسان مجری در پروژه های بافت فرسوده را ظرف مدت ۴۸ ساعت به معاونت عمرانی استانداری البرز گزارش کند.
وی عنوان کرد: شهرداری کرج باید مکاتبه ای در خصوص مصوبه شورای عالی اداری کشور در خصوص صدور مجوز برای املاک قولنامه ای احداث شده تا سال ۱۳۸۰ را با امضای استاندار البرز ارائه دهد.
معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری البرز مطرح کرد: با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، اداره کل راه و شهرسازی استان؛ آخرین اطلاعات و آمار را در خصوص مساحت بافت های فرسوده استان البرز گزارش دهد.
گفتنی است در نشست رسیدگی به مشکلات ساخت مسکن و نوسازی بافت فرسوده شهرهای استان البرز مقرر شد اداره کل بنیاد مسکن استان، برای ۸۰۰ واحد مسکونی در سال جاری مجوز ساخت صادر کند.
