وی با اشاره به اینکه فرزندان حضرت ام‌البنین (س) همگی شهدای واقعه کربلا هستند، مطرح کرد: عصاره وجودی حضرت ام‌البنین (س) در تمامی چهار فرزند این بانوی بزرگوار به خصوص قمر بنی‌هاشم ابوالفضل العباس (ع) دیده می‌شود.
امام جمعه کرج با تأکید بر اینکه «بصیرت و بینش»، «ایمان و باور راسخ»، «روحیه جهاد و مبارزه در راه خدا»، «ولایت مداری، معیت و همراهی با ولی زمان»، «حاضر در تمام میدان‌های سخت»، «قبولی در امتحانات و ابتلائات» در تمامی فرزندان حضرت ام‌البنین (ع) وجود دارد، بیان کرد: قمر بنی‌هاشم ابوالفضل عباس (ع) سرآمد همه آن‌هاست.
آیت‌الله حسینی همدانی با بیان اینکه هنگامی‌که خبر شهادت فرزندان حضرت ام‌البنین (س) به ایشان رسید، گفت: «فرزندان من و آنچه در زیر آسمان است، فدای حسینم باد!»، عنوان کرد: به گفته علامه مامقانی، این شدت علاقه، کاشف از علو مرتبه او در ایمان و قوت معرفت او به مقام امامت است که شهادت چهار جوان خود را در راه دفاع از امام زمان خود سهل می‌شمارد.
وی در ادامه با تأکید بر اینکه زمان‌شناسی و عمل به‌موقع از دیگر ویژگی‌های حضرت ام‌البنین (س) است، افزود: پس از واقعه کربلا حضرت ام‌البنین (س) هر روز به بقیع می‌رفت و چنان جان‌سوز مرثیه و نوحه می‌خواند که می‌نویسند، مروان بن حکم که در مدینه حاکم بود با آن قساوت قلبی که داشت به گریه می‌افتاد.
نماینده ولی‌فقیه در استان البرز در بخش دیگری از بیانات خود با اشاره به بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی بر اهمیت «جهاد تبیین» تأکید کرد و افزود: همه ما وظیفه داریم نسبت به مسائل انقلاب، کشور و دین به تبیین واقعیات و رفع شبهات بپردازیم؛ «جهاد تبیین» ریشه در تاریخ دارد. حضرت زهرای اطهر (س) در خطبه فدکیه به‌خوبی شیوه حکومت پس از رسول خدا را تبیین و «حکومت مردم بر مردم» را باطل بیان می‌کنند.
آیت الله حسینی همدانی با اینکه نتیجه «حکومت مردم بر مردم» تشکیل سکولاریسم و لیبرالیسم شد، اذعان کرد: انقلاب اسلامی با تشکیل حکومت جمهوری اسلامی تلاش کرد تا مجدد «حکومت خدا بر مردم» را پایه‌گذاری کند و دستورات و قوانین الهی در جامعه حاکم شود.
وی با تأکید بر اینکه بعد از زهرای اطهر، حضرت زینب (س) و سپس حضرت ام‌البنین (س) به جهاد تبیین پرداختند، گفت: حضرت ام‌البنین (س) با گریه‌ها و مویه‌های خود ترسیم بی‌نظیری از کربلا به وجود آورد و کسانی که این واقعه را ندیده بودند در جهاد تبیین این حضرت در قالب گریه‌های سیاسی مسائل بسیاری برایشان روشن شد.
آیت‌الله حسینی همدانی در ادامه با تأکید بر اینکه ایثار، عشق به دین، صبر و وفاداری از دیگر ویژگی‌های این بانوی بزرگوار است، خاطرنشان کرد: از مجموعه مناقب حضرت ام‌البنین (س) بانوی تراز اسلامی به دست می‌آید. فصاحت، بلاغت و انشاد شعر نیز از جمله ویژگی‌های حضرت ام‌البنین (س) است.
