به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علیرضا عباسی، نماینده مردم کرج، فردیس، اشتهارد و آسارا در مجلس شورای اسلامی در خصوص حذف ۱۵ میلیون تخم مرغ نطفه دار از چرخه تولید، گفت: صنعت پرورش طیور، یکی از صنایع مهم کشور است و مردم نیز از سال‌های گذشته برای تامین پروتئین سفید خود به مصرف گوشت مرغ آورده اند.
وی بیان کرد: در زمینه اختیار حذف ارز ترجیحی به دولت که با آن موافقت کرد، یکی از مسائلی که باعث نگرانی ها می شد، تاثیر این اقدام بر قیمت گوشت مرغ بود و باید برنامه ریزی مناسبی صورت می گرفت تا مصرف گوشت مرغ کاهش نداشته باشد.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس شورای اسلامی با تاکید بر تقویت نقدینگی مرغداران با حذف ارز ترجیحی، اذعان کرد: بانک ها باید در این زمینه اقدام می‌کردند اما در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی به بازارهای صادراتی و تامین نقدینگی مرغداران توجهی نشد. با کاهش سرانه مصرف گوشت مرغ در داخل، باید بازارهای صادراتی را ساماندهی می‌کردند و مازاد تولید صادر می‌شد تا تولیدکنندگان آسیب نمی‌دیدند.
عباسی با بیان اینکه قیمت مرغ به دلیل بالا بودن عرضه و پایین بودن درخواست کاهش پیدا کرد، تصریح کرد: از مردم خواسته شد تا به دلیل بالا بودن عرضه، مرغ بیشتری خریداری کنند و مردم تقریبا سه برابر نسبت به قبل خرید انجام دادند و با این اقدام به وزارت جهاد کشاورزی فرصت دادند تا بازارهای صادراتی و سردخانه های پشتیبانی امور دام را ساماندهی کند اما از این فرصت نیز استفاده نشد.
وی اضافه کرد: وزارت جهاد کشاورزی نیاز کشور به جوجه یک روزه را ۱۱۰ میلیون قطعه می‌داند و اعلام کرده که نباید بیشتر از این میزان جوجه به بازار عرضه شود لذا در ماه‌های آبان، آذر و دی، میزان تولید جوجه یک روزه ۱۲۵ میلیون قطعه بوده و برای برطرف کردن این مشکل در آذر ماه بر اساس تصمیمات قبلی، ۱۵ میلیون تخم مرغی که ۱۸ روز در دستگاه قرار داشته و سه روز دیگر به جوجه می‌شدند را معدوم کردند.
عضو کمیسیون کشاورزی مجلس شورای اسلامی تصریح کرد: وزارت جهاد کشاورزی اعلام می‌کند که جوجه یک روزه ای را معدوم نکرده است اما ۱۵ میلیون تخم مرغی که تنها سه روز دیگر به جوجه یک روزه تبدیل می‌شد را از دستگاه خارج کرده‌اند در حالی که باید قبل از ورود تخم مرغ‌ها به داخل دستگاه از آن جلوگیری می‌شد تا بتوانند از آن در حوزه صنعت استفاده کنند.
عباسی، معدوم سازی تخم مرغ‌های نطفه دار ۱۸ روزه را پاک کردن صورت مسئله دانست و مطرح کرد: این موضوع باید حل می شد اما در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی اثری از رفع موضوع نیست. بر اساس مصوبه معاونت تولیدات دامی وزارت جهاد کشاورزی، حذف ۱۵ میلیون تخم مرغ نطفه دار ۱۸ روزه انجام شده و از ورود ۱۵ میلیون تخم مرغ نطفه دار دیگر به داخل دستگاه نیز جلوگیری شده است تا در حوزه صنعت مصرف شوند.
وی با بیان اینکه تامین بازار نیازمند تدبیر است، خاطرنشان کرد: تمامی این اقدامات نشان از عدم برنامه ریزی و انسجام در مجموعه وزارت جهاد کشاورزی است که در آینده کشور را با مشکل مواجه می‌کند. آیا وزارت جهاد کشاورزی قصد دارد با ۱۱۰ میلیون قطعه جوجه یک روزه، نیاز بازار شب عید و ماه رمضان را تامین کند؟
