به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، هیأت دولت آیین نامه اجرایی بند (ح) ماده (۹۲) قانون برنامه ششم توسعه، موضوع بیمه بیکاری اصحاب فرهنگ، هنر و رسانه را با هدف حمایت از اصحاب فرهنگ و هنر و معاش آن ها تصویب کرد.
بر اساس این آیین نامه که در جلسه هیات وزیران به ریاست دکتر جهانگیری معاون اول رئیس جمهور تصویب شد، شاغلان فرهنگی، هنری و رسانه ای که تولیدکننده آثار و خدمات مربوطه هستند و درآمد اصلی خود را از این طریق تأمین می کنند، در زمره اصحاب فرهنگ، هنر، رسانه و صدا و سیما قرار می گیرند.
منابع مقرری بیکاری از طریق مشارکت دولت، کمک ها و یا سایر درآمدهای قانونی دولت تأمین می شود. همچنین به موجب آیین نامه مذکور، شرط بهره مندی از مقرری بیکاری حداقل داشتن یک سال سابقه پرداخت حق بیمه، قبل از تاریخ درخواست در سامانه مقرری بیکاری است.
گفتنی است این مدت جزو سوابق پرداخت بیمه محسوب نمی شود و فرد در دوره مقرری بیکاری نیز می تواند نسبت به پرداخت حق بیمه خود اقدام کند.
