حجت الاسلام والمسلمین، علی ارجمند عین الدین، مدرس حوزه و دانشگاه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، در مورد ناگفته هایی از سیستم MRI در ایران گفت: از میان ده ها ساختار ثبت شده در جهان، امروزه ساختار پزشکی مدرن، ساختار غالب در نظام درمان ایران و سایر کشورهای جهان است که به آن، طب مولکولی نیز اطلاق می شود، زیرا تکیه اصلی آن، بر شیمی ملکولی است.
وی یکی از ویژگی های ساختار پزشکی مدرن را جزئی نگر بودن آن دانست و خاطرنشان کرد: بسیاری از ما می دانیم رابطه حکیمانه و سیستماتیکی بر بدن انسان حاکم است که بر اساس روش های تشخیص در طب سنتی از شیوه های ملموسی مانند گرفتن نبض، رنگ چهره، شکل و رنگ ناخن ها، سفیدی چشم، بار روی زبان و …، ده ها نوع بیماری قابل تشخیص هستند.
این مدرس حوزه و دانشگاه افزود: در ساختار پزشکی موکولی، تشخیص بیماری وابستکی کاملی به مهندسی پزشکی و ادوات گران قیمت آن دارد؛ با وجود این، در کشورهای صنعتی همچون انگلیس، سوئد، استرالیا و … به دلیل حاکمیت بیمه ها بر نظام درمان و تلاش برای کاهش هزینه های خود و در نتیجه رسیدن به سود بیشتر، به صورت میانگین بیماران برای آزمایشاتی مانند MRI حدود ۱۸ هفته در نوبت می مانند!
حجت الاسلام والمسلمین، ارجمند عین الدین اظهار کرد: شاید باور این نکته برای مخاطبان عجیب باشد که با اینکه ایران، وارد کننده صرف سیستم های های تِک و گرانقیت ام آر آی است، تعداد دستگاه های ام آر آی در تهران از تعداد همه سیستم های آم آر آی در کشور انگلستان بیشتر است و تعداد کل این دستگاه ها در ایران با سیستم های موجود در ۱۳ کشور اروپایی برابری می کند.
وی اذعان کرد: بزرگ‌ترین تولیدکننده‌های سیستم‌های ام آر آی، شرکت‌های زیمنس آلمان، جنرال الکتریک آمریکا، توشیبای ژاپن، و فیلیپس هلند هستند و جالب تر اینکه چنانچه به مراكز ام آر آي در کشور ایران مراجعه کنید متوجه می شوید که آن ها از پذيرش افراد بالاتر از ٩٠ كيلوگرم، به اين دلیل خودداري مي كنند كه ريل انتقال دهنده بيمار به درون دستگاه آسیب می بیند.
این مدرس حوزه و دانشگاه توضیح داد: بسيار مشاهده مي شود که شخصی با كمر درد شدید مجبور است با سختي به چندين مركز ام آر آي مراجعه و با التماس و جور كردن پارتي يا پرداخت رشوه، موفق به انجام ام آر آی شود. عجیب این است که مشخص نيست چه افرادي ذينفع بوده اند كه بجاي دستگاه هاي با حداكثر تحمل وزن ۱۲۰ تا ۱۳۰ كيلوگرم، سفارش دستگاه هاي با حداكثر وزن ٩٠ كيلوگرم را داده اند كه مخصوص نژادهاي كوچك اندام آسياي جنوب شرقي هستند.
