به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز ، مرکز کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان استان البرز در شهر هشتگرد با اشاره به ۱۷ شوال و نامگذاری آن به روز فرهنگ پهلوانی و ورزش زورخانه ای ویژه برنامه‌هایی را در معرفی فرهنگ پهلوانی اجرا کرد که از جمله این برنامه‌ها می‌توان به معرفی شخصیت والای امام علی(ع) و جوانمردی ایشان، معرفی کتاب شاهنامه و قصه‌گویی داستان «پهلوان جوان»، بازی و مسابقه با موضوع «مقاومت» و بحث آزاد با موضوع «پهلوان واقعی» اشاره کرد.
گفتنی است در شرایط حاضر و حضور نداشتن اعضا در کارگاه‌های فرهنگی، این ویژه برنامه به صورت غیرحضوری، در فضای کانون مجازی این مرکز اجرا شد.
شایان ذکر است، ۱۷شوال سال پنجم هجرت در جنگ خندق، امام اول شیعیان جهان حضرت علی ابن ابی طالب (ع) نماد و اسوه جوانمردی و شجاعت سپاه اسلام، عمر بن عبدود را به خاک مذلت نشاند. کشتن نفس اماره و تلاش برای رضای خدا در راه دین، سبب شد مولای متقیان نماد بزرگی و جوانمردی دنیا شناخته و ۱۷شوال هر سال به روز فرهنگ پهلوانی و ورزش زورخانه ای نامگذاری شود.
