وی افزود: بررسی های اولیه ماموران حکایت از این داشت که خانومی به منظور جذب دنبال کننده با ایجاد یک صفحه اینستاگرامی آموزش حرکات ورزشی اقدام به انتشار تصاویر خصوصی و نامناسب شهروندان در یکی از باشگاه های شهر کرج می کند. بلافاصله با هماهنگی مقام قضایی گرداننده این صفحه اینستاگرامی شناسایی و با انجام اقدامات پلیسی به پلیس فتا هدایت شد.
رئیس پلیس فتای استان البرز با بیان اینکه متهم در تحقیقات تکمیلی به صراحت به راه‌اندازی صفحه اینستاگرامی و انتشار تصاویر نامناسب و خصوصی شهروندان برای جذب فالوور اعتراف کرد، خاطرنشان کرد: فضای مجازی بستر مناسبی برای انتشار تصاویر خصوصی نیست؛ بسیاری از پرونده‌های پلیس فتا مربوط به سوءاستفاده از تصاویر منتشر شده از سوی کاربران فضای مجازی است.
