به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، حسین فاضلی هریکندی، رئیس کل دادگستری استان البرز با اشاره به اقدامات انجام شده در زمینه مقابله با تغییر کاربری های غیرمجاز در سال گذشته گفت: در مجموع در سال ۱۴۰۱، ۷ هزار و ۲۹ هکتار از اراضی در معرض تغییر کاربری در استان البرز با اعمال تبصره ۲ ماده ۱۰ قانون حفظ کاربری اراضی زراعی و باغ ها آزادسازی شد.
وی اولویت قرارگاه صیانت از بیت المال و مقابله با تغییر کاربری غیرمجاز استان البرز را پیشگیری و اقدام به موقع دانست و عنوان کرد: در این راستا بیشترین آمار مقابله با تغییر کاربری ها به ترتیب در حوزه های قضایی ساوجبلاغ به میزان ۲ هزار و ۴۵۰ هکتار، کرج به میزان دو هزار هکتار، چهارباغ به میزان یک هزار و ۳۰۰ هکتار و نظرآباد نیز ۵۶۰ هکتار بوده است.
رئیس کل دادگستری استان البرز با اشاره به اینکه اقدامات دادگستری به اعمال تبصره ۲ ماده ۱۰ قانون حفظ کاربری اراضی زراعی و باغ‌ها محدوده نبوده است، مطرح کرد: در همین مدت در راستای اجرای تبصره یک ماده ۵۵ قانون حفاظت و بهره برداری از جنگل ها و مراتع و اجرای احکام قضایی نیز ۸۵ فقره به میزان بیش از ۳۸ هکتار از اراضی ملی و منابع طبیعی آزادسازی شد.
فاضلی هریکندی افزود: در راستای اجرای احکام قضایی شامل خلع ید و قلع و قمع تصرفات صورت گرفته در منابع طبیعی استان نیز ۲۰ فقره به میزان ۸۸ هکتار آزادسازی انجام شده است. با توجه به تاکیدات رئیس قوه قضائیه در خصوص مقابله با تغییر کاربری غیرمجاز اراضی زراعی و باغ ها، با استفاده از فناوری های نوین و بهره برداری از دانش بومی و شرکت های دانش بنیان، با بیشتر تغییر کاربری های غیرمجاز در مرحله پیش از ساخت و ساز غیرمجاز مقابله شده است.
