به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، عبدالله دارایی، مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان البرز گفت: در اجرای ماده ۱۹۵ قانون کار و با هدف نهادینه سازی فرهنگ خلاقیت و نوآوری، ترویج و تقویت فرهنگ کار و تلاش و تجلیل از کارگران، گروه های کار و واحدهای اقتصادی نمونه، سی و چهارمین جشنواره امتنان از نخبگان جامعه کار و تولید در سال ۱۴۰۱ برگزار می شود.
وی، انگیزه بخشی، اعتمادآفرینی و ترویج حاکمیت روح صداقت و همدلی در جامعه کار و تلاش با توجه به مسائل جامعه، نیازها و انتظارات جامعه کارگری، ایجاد زمینه و فضای مناسب برای رشد و پرورش نیروی کار و نقش آفرینی و تاثیرگذاری نخبگان جامعه کار را از جمله مهمترین اهداف برگزاری سی و چهارمین جشنواره امتنان از نخبگان جامعه کار و تولید عنوان کرد.
مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان البرز عنوان کرد: گروه های کار و واحدهای اقتصادی این استان می توانند از تاریخ ۱۰ آبان ماه تا یکم آذر سال جاری با مراجعه به سامانه جشنواره به نشانی http://emtenan.mcls.gov.ir ضمن ثبت مشخصات شخصی و تکمیل اطلاعات مربوطه و بارگذاری مدارک و مستندات لازم در فرآیند انتخاب جشنواره امتنان قرار گیرند.
دارایی با بیان اینکه جشنواره امتنان از کارگران در بخش‌های صنعت، خدمات، کشاورزی برگزار می‌شود، خاطر نشان کرد: ارائه شیوه های نوین در کار شامل بهبود مصرف انرژی و تولید، کاهش ضایعات و زمان تولید، افزایش بهره وری، اختراع و ابتکار شامل ساخت قطعه و دستگاه یا اصلاح فرآیند تولید، راه اندازی خط تولید جدید، مهندسی معکوس در انتقال و بومی سازی دانش و فناوری و افزایش بهره وری و کیفیت نسبت به نمونه های داخلی و خارجی از جمله شاخص های کارگران و گروه های کار و واحدهای نمونه است که در این جشنواره مدنظر قرار می گیرد.
