به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، بهزاد غفاری، مدیرکل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز از ارائه آموزش های مهارتی به سربازان براساس تفاهم نامه قرارگاه مهارت آموزی سربازان وظیفه، به کمک ستادکل نیروهای مسلح و سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای کشور خبر داد.
وی افزود: در این راستا، اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز ارائه آموزش‌های مهارتی را در محیط پادگان ها و محل استقرار یگان های نظامی در برنامه خود قرار داده و با بهره گیری از همه ظرفیت های در اختیار توانسته در سال گذشته برای یک هزار و ۳۲۵ سرباز وظیفه، آموزش‌های مهارتی را در محیط کار واقعی و کارگاه های آموزشی تأمین کند.
به گفته مدیرکل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز، امروزه فن و مهارت برای اداره کشور مورد نیاز است و آموزش های مهارتی می تواند راه حلی مناسب برای جوانانی باشد که پس از طی خدمت دوره ضرورت، در ایجاد اشتغال مولد و پایدار و حضور فعال آنان در جامعه موثر باشد.
غفاری یکی از گروه های هدف سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور را سربازان وظیفه نیروهای مسلح دانست و عنوان کرد: می توان از امکانات و ظرفیت های مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای به عنوان بستر مهارت‌آموزی به جمعیت جوان سرباز که در آینده وارد بازار کار می شوند، بهره‌مند شد.
مدیرکل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز بیان کرد: امید است با تعامل، هم افزایی و بهره گیری از همه ظرفیت های موجود، شاهد تحول در ارائه آموزش های نوین مهارتی به اقشار مختلف جامعه در سال پیش رو و تحقق منویات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) باشیم.
