به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز سلیمان رستمیان مدیرکل بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران استان البرز ضمن تبریک هفته وحدت، از برگزاری اردوی آموزشی و فرهنگی شهید آوینی به میزبانی استان البرز و با حضور نویسندگان نوقلم خبر داد و گفت: یکی از راهبردهای اصلی و استراتژیک بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران حفظ و انتقال فرهنگ غنی ایثار و شهادت به نسل نوپای انقلاب اسلامی و آموزش جوانان و نوجوانان برای حضور مؤثر و هنرمندانه و مجاهدت در میدان جنگ نرم است.
وی افزود: خبرگان اهل قلم به این امر واقف هستند که ارتقای کمی و کیفی آثار حوزه ادبیات ایثار و شهادت نیازمند استفاده از ذوق و هنر جوانان و رویکردهای جدید است، اما به دلایل مختلفی از جمله نبود مراکز آموزشی تخصصی این حوزه، عدم دسترسی نویسندگان نوقلم به اساتید برجسته و نبود روحیه اعتماد به نوقلمان، اغلب شاهد هستیم ادبیات حوزه ایثار و شهادت هنوز به شکوفایی که شایسته است نرسیده است.
مدیرکل بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران استان البرز افزود: در همین راستا اداره کل بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران درنظر دارد با راهبرد آموزش نویسندگان نوقلم در بالاترین سطح ممکن و ایجاد انگیزه برای فعالیت بیشتر نیروهای مردمی و استفاده از پتانسیل بالای آن ها و با ایجاد رابطه ای گسترده تر و عمیقتر بین مسئولان و هنرمندان که زمینه ساز انجام آثار فاخر و ارزشمند است، اردوی آموزشی و فرهنگی شهید آوینی را برگزار کند.
رستمیان اظهار کرد: این اردو با حضور ۴۴ نویسنده نوقلم از استان های تهران، قزوین، قم، مازندران، گیلان و البرز از چهارشنبه ۲۸ الی جمعه ۳۰ مهرماه به مدت سه روز، با تدریس اساتید برجسته کشوری در دو بخش خاطره‌نویسی و داستان‌نویسی به صورت تئوری و کارگاهی در دهکده آرامش اردوگاه ایثار کردان کرج برگزار خواهد شد.
وی هدف از برگزاری این برنامه را ایجاد انگیزه برای علاقه مندان به حوزه ایثار و شهادت به منظور فعالیت بیشتر، تربیت نویسندگان متخصص و متعهد در این حوزه، ایجاد انسجام بین نویسندگان ارزشی و بالا بردن سطح کمی و کیفی ادبیات حوزه ایثار و شهادت عنوان کرد.
مدیرکل بنیاد شهید استان البرز همچنین افزود: این برنامه مقدمه ای برای تشکیل کارگروه های نویسندگی، هم‌اندیشی و استفاده از تجارب اساتید مربوطه، بررسی پتانسیل مردمی نویسندگان حوزه ایثار و شهادت و کمک به شناخت بیشتر مسئولین مربوطه و طلیعه‌ای برای همکاری های بیشتر اداره بنیاد شهید با نویسندگان نو قلم متعهد و با انگیزه است.
رستمیان مطرح کرد: نویسندگان نوقلم کسانی هستند که در حال حاضر فعال بوده و کلیاتی در زمینه نویسندگی می دانند اما برای تخصص و مهارت بیشتر، نیاز به آموزش دارند، لذا افرادی که در این اردو شرکت می کنند یا نویسندگانی هستند که آثار آنان در سطح استانی بروز کرده و هنوز موفق به تولید آثار فاخر نشدند یا کسانی هستند که اقدام به نویسندگی کرده اند اما آثار آنها هنوز در جایی منتشر نشده است.
مشاور امور ایثارگران استانداری البرز در پایان به برگزاری مراسم افتتاحیه این اردو نیز اشاره کرد و گفت: این مراسم با عنوان «همایش نوقلمان» روز پنج شنبه ۲۹ مهرماه با حضور مسئولین کشوری و لشکری از ساعت۱۰ صبح در سالن شهید چمران مجموعه ایثار واقع در کردان کرج برگزار خواهد شد.
