ایستادن بر خاکریزهای دوران دفاع مقدس، حرم اهل بیت (ع) و حریم امنیت و ناموس ملت ایران در امتداد همان ایثار، مردانگی و جانفشانی است. تفاوتی ندارد کدام نقطه از امتداد این خط ایستاده یا به تیر خصم افتاده ای، مهم امتداد آن خط است که موهبت دین، میهن و ناموس که امانت ماندگارِ امام و شهداست در استمرار آن باقی خواهد ماند.
یقین داریم این خط ولایتمداری است که پرچم سرافراز آن، روزی در میدان ظهور در دستان منجی به سرمنزل مقصود خواهد رسید. پیمودن و امتداد این راه شاید دشوار باشد اما ارمغان این مشق سخت عشق، با شهادت، بصیرت و ولایتمداری به سربلندی و فتح قله های افتخار ختم خواهد شد.
امروز شاید میدان، خاکریز، یگان یا ماموریت ها تفاوت داشته باشد اما امتداد همان است؛ به برکت خون شهدای امنیت شهر و کشورم، رویارویی و نبرد با دشمن تا انتهای این مسیر پرنور ادامه خواهد داشت و ما را تا ابد مدیون ریزش خون های پاک و بذل جان های عزیز خواهد کرد.
مطمئن هستیم این راه پرمشقت به روشنی ظهور خواهد رسید، دست دشمنان قطع و فتنه هایشان ابتر و موهبت های دین، میهن و ناموس، ماندگارترین های این سرزمین پهناور و شهیدپرور خواهند بود. به راستی وعده خداوند حق است …».
