به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان‌البرز، سردار عباسعلی محمدیان فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز در آیین تجلیل از اصحاب رسانه که پیش از ظهر امروز با حضور خبرنگاران در سالن جلسات ستاد فرماندهی نیروی انتطامی این استان برگزار شد ضمن تسلیت فرارسیدن‌ماه محرم و نیز گرامیداشت یاد و خاطره شهدای رسانه گفت: یک سال گذشته را با تمام سختی هایی که کرونا ایجاد و اقدامات جدیدی را وارد برنامه های ناجا کرد در حالی پشت سر گذاشتیم که چهار نفر از همکاران خدوم این مجموعه را از دست دادیم.
وی با اشاره به درگیری حدود ۸۵۰ نفر از پرسنل ناجا با بیماری کرونا بیان کرد: طی این مدت و علیرغم تعطیلی های کرونایی، نیروهای عملیاتی ناجا حتی یک روز هم تعطیل نبودند و ماموریت های آن ها برقرار بود که ارتباط مستقیم و مستمر ماموران با متهمان، مجرمان و ارباب رجوع، یکی از دلایل ابتلا و حجم بالای درگیری این نیروها بود.
فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز با اشاره به کاهش ۲۵ درصدی ترددها در محدودیت های کرونایی در رابطه با اعمال قانون و جریمه های مربوط به آن نیز خاطرنشان کرد: برخی پیشگیری ها تا زمانی تازگی و مقبولیت دارد که امکان اجرای آن وجود داشته باشد و مردم نیز از آن پیروی می کنند اما در حال حاضر شرایطی برای مردم به وجود آمده که گاهی حتی اعمال جریمه هم برای برخی تاثیر ندارد لذا تصمیمات اولیه آنچنان که باید، کارآیی ندارند و ضرورت دارد تصمیمات جدیدی در رابطه با محدودیت ها اتخاذ شود.
مجرمان بدانند در دام قانون گرفتار می شوند
سردار محمدیان ضمن قدردانی از همراهی و امانتداری اصحاب رسانه در انتشار اخبار پلیسی اذعان کرد: یکی از اهداف حضور پلیس و اخبار مربوطه در رسانه ها، تنویر افکار عمومی به منظور جلوگیری از شایعات است. از سوی دیگر ثبت و ضبط جرائم خشنی که در معرض دید هستند موجب احساس ناامنی در مردم می شود در حالی که کشف و دستگیری متهمان و مجرمان در فضاهای بسته صورت می گیرد.
وی ادامه داد: انتشار اخبار دستگیری مجرمان ها در رسانه ها از یک سو باعث می شود مردم اطمینان داشته باشند کسانی که مرتکب جرمی شده اند در دام قانون گرفتار می شوند، از سوی دیگر انتشار این اخبار، در مجرمان ایجاد رعب و وحشت می کند. آن ها بدانند پلیس با ابزار، تجهیزات و امکاناتی که در اختیار دارد قادر به شناسایی است دستگیری برهم زنندگان نظم و امنیت در جامعه است. یکی دیگر از دلایل انتشار اخبار پلیسی، آشنایی مردم با شگردهای مجرمان است تا بیشتر مراقب باشند.
فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز در بخش دیگری از سخنان خود در رابطه با گلایه های مردم از سگ گردانی برخی افراد در اماکن عمومی عنوان کرد: آخرین باری که در جلسه ستاد احیای امر به معروف و نهی از منکر متشکل از نمایندگان ۲۵ دستگاه که مسئول پیگیری چنین مواردی هستند، حضور داشتیم وجود حیوانات در خودرو غیرمجاز اعلام و برای آن جریمه نقدی نیز در نظر گرفته شده است که روزانه حدود ۲۰۰ فقره در این رابطه اعمال قانون صورت می گیرد.
سردار محمدیان تصریح کرد: به همراه داشتن سگ‌های بزرگ، نگهبان و سگ گله که خطرآفرین هستند و ایجاد رعب و وحشت می کنند در اماکن عمومی جرم است. در مورد سگ های تزئینی نیز سال گذشته با دادستان هماهنگی هایی صورت گرفت و با نصب بنر در ورودی پارک ها از ورود این حیوانات ممانعت هایی به عمل آمد اما با شیوع کرونا این موضوع رها شد که مجدد پیگیری می شود.
راه اندازی مرکز تعویض پلاک در خط ۴ حصار کرج
وی در خصوص ازدحام جمعیت در مراکز تعویض پلاک در کرج اذعان کرد: سرانه استفاده از خودرو در استان البرز نسبت به کشور بالاتر است و یک مرکز تعویض پلاک نمی تواند پاسخگوی حجم بالای مراجعات باشد. به همین دلیل مراکز تهران می توانند پذیرای البرزی ها باشند. پیشنهاد راه اندازی مرکز دوم را داده ایم اما هنوز آماده بهره برداری نیست.
فرمانده انتظامی استان البرز با اشاره به نوبت دهی اینترنتی در مراکز تعویض پلاک عنوان کرد: شهرک راهنمایی و رانندگی در خط ۴ حصار در حال راه اندازی است و پیش بینی های لازم صورت گرفته تا یک مرکز تعویض پلاک هم کنار مرکز مذکور راه اندازی شود تا مقداری از شلوغی و ازدحام مراکز البرز کاسته شود.
