به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سرهنگ رسول جلیلیان، رئیس پلیس فتای استان البرز از انهدام باند سه نفره کلاهبرداری از طریق اسکیمر در البرز خبر داد و گفت: در پی مراجعه تعدادی از شهروندان به پلیس فتا و اعلام شکایت به دلیل برداشت غیرمجاز مبالغی از حسابشان، بررسی موضوع در دستور کار مأموران پلیس فتا قرار گرفت.
وی افزود: در تحقیقات پلیسی مشخص شد مالباختگان پس از مراجعه به یکی از دفاتر پیشخوان دولت در شهر جدید هشتگرد مورد کلاهبرداری قرار گرفته اند که در این خصوص پس از اخذ دستور قضایی یکی از کارمندان دفتر پیشخوان مذکور دستگیر و در بررسی رایانه در اختیار وی، نرم افزارهای مربوط به کپی کارت های بانکی از طریق دستگاه اسکیمر کشف شد.
رئیس پلیس فتای استان البرز توضیح داد: پس از اعتراف متهم به بزه انتسابی، در دو عملیات جداگانه، دو نفر دیگر از همدستان وی نیز دستگیر شدند. در بازجویی از متهمین پرونده مشخص شد یکی از آن ها در پوشش میوه فروش دوره گرد نیز اقدام به کپی کارت بانکی تعدادی از شهروندان کرده است.
سرهنگ جلیلیان در پایان با اشاره به اینکه در رابطه با این پرونده تاکنون ۲۳ نفر شاکی شناسایی شده اند اذعان کرد: مبلغ کلاهبرداری شده از مالباختگان بالغ بر چهار میلیارد ریال برآورد شده است.
