به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، حجت الاسلام علی ارجمند عین الدین، مدرس حوزه و دانشگاه در یادداشتی آورده است: در دنیای معاصر اندیشکده ها و مراکز مطالعات استراتژیک به عنوان مغزهای متفکر حکومت ها، نقشی حیاتی در ثبات نظام های سیاسی دارند.
این مراکز همواره به دنبال شناخت معادلات کلان دنیای معاصر، پیش بینی تحولات آینده و ارائه راهکارهای مختلف و کار آمد هستند. هدف گذاری های کلان این اندیشکده ها نوعاً در قالب برنامه های ۲۵ ،۵۰ ، ۷۵ و ۱۰۰ ساله ارائه می شود.
جمهوری اسلامی ایران با دارا بودن تنها یک مرکز مطالعات استراتژیک ریاست جمهوری، جزو کشورهای رده پایین محسوب می شود. البته وجود برخی از شوراها با ریاست شخص رئیس جمهور، وجود مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام و مرکز پژوهش های مجلس شورای اسلامی را نیز می توان به دلیل نوع فعالیتشان به این لیست تک عضوی اضافه کرد.
با وجود این، مقام معظم رهبری به عنوان پدر ایران معاصر ضمن نامگذاری دهه ای به عنوان دهه پیشرفت و عدالت، پی گیری تدوین و تصویب چشم انداز ۲۰ ساله، حمایت از تدوین طرح های توسعه پنج ساله و نامگذاری هر سال با شعاری خاص و هدایت تدوین سیاست های کلی نظام توسط مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام، عملا بار اصلی فقدان این مراکز تحقیقاتی را بر دوش کشیده اند.
آنفولانزای نیویورکی ششمین استراتژی از مجموعه راهبردهایی است که مراکز مطالعات استراتژیک نظام سلطه علیه انقلاب مردم ایران مورد استفاده قرار داد. این استراتژی از سال ۱۳۸۶ و پس از استفاده از عنوان محور شرارت برای ایران، عراق و کره شمالی، توسط نیکلاس برنز در کنگره مطرح شد.
استراتژی های چماق و هویج، پلیس خوب پلیس بد، مکانیسم ماشه، شک و بهت و بالاخره تئوری قورباغه پخته، پنج تئوری پیشین علیه ایران هستند، البته هنوز هم نه به عنوان استراتژی مستقل بلکه به عنوان تئوری های موثر از این پنج مورد در مواجهه با ایران و سایر کشورهای مستقل استفاده می شود. مثلا
در مذاکرات هسته ای از تئوری چماق، هویج و پلیس خوب، پلیس بد استفاده شایانی شد.
پنج لایه راهبرد آنفولانزای نیویورکی عبارت بود از: نفرت در میان مردم، نفرت علیه مسئولین، نفرت علیه اصل نظام و انقلاب، نفرت علیه ایرانی بودن و نفرت علیه اسلام.
۱- نفرت مردم نسبت به قومیت هایی مانند کرد، ترک، لر، عرب، گیلک و … که هزاران سال در کنارشان زیسته اند. دامن زدن به مناقشات آبی در برخی از استان ها مانند اصفهان، حمایت مالی، نظامی و رسانه ای از فعالیت های پان ترک ها، عرب ها، کردها و دیگر جدایی طلبان، نمونه های از این نفرت پراکنی است.
۲- نفرت علیه مسئولین که در آن، مثلا با پرداختن به یک پرونده فساد مالی یک شخصیت سیاسی یا یک به اصطلاح آقازداه، به قدری یأس و ناامیدی در میان مردم ایجاد می شود که همگان به این باور برسند که تمام مسئولین کشور فاسق و فاجرند!
۳- در لایه نفرت علیه اصل نظام و انقلاب، تلاش بر این است که مردم به هر طریق ممکن، نسبت به نظام و رهبری بی اعتماد شوند، شعار محوری مرگ بر دیکتاتور که به تحریک رسانه های معاند توسط تعداد معدودی از مردم داده می شد، شایعه وجود بدل های رهبری، ساخت کلیپ هایی سراسر کذب از دارایی های رهبری و فرزندان ایشان را می توان در راستای اجرای این بند، طبقه بندی کرد.
تا جایی که برخی از فیلسوفان لیبرال عرصه سیاست همچون جورج اورول در کتاب قلعه حیوانات، انقلاب ها را تلاش بی حاصل جوامع و فرزندخوار معرفی می کنند که پس از مدتی باز کشورهای انقلابی به رویه سابق خود باز می گردند.
۴- نفرت علیه ایرانی بودن با ساختن فیلم هایی همچون «۳۰۰» (تولید کمپانی صهیونیستی برادران وارنر) و یا فیلم «آرگو» صورت می گیرد. در این فیلم ها به این موضوع پرداختند که ایرانیان مردمانی جنگ طلب و برهم زننده آرامش جهانی هستند تا هر ایرانی از ایرانی بودن خود احساس شرمندگی کند.
موج خود تحقیری های که توسط سلبریتی ها انتشار می یابد و تلاش برای القای «ما نمی توانیم» از مصادیق اجرایی شده این بند است، جالب اینجاست که با حاکم شدن نفرت در میان بخشی از جامعه، هر دستاوردی اعم از علمی، نظامی، سیاسی و غیره انکار یا کوچک شمرده می شود.
دستاوردهایی همچون پیوستن به باشگاه فضایی و ساخت ماهواره، ساخت رصد خانه فوق پیشرفته، ساخت کشتی های غول پیکر، طراحی ساخت و صادرات پهبادهای فوق پیشرفته و… همه و همه تحت عناوینی مانند فتوشاپ، انکار می شوند!
۵- نفرت علیه ایدئولوژی اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران که چند سالی است توسط غرب با جدیت در ایران و جهان دنبال می شود که از آن جمله می توان به آتش زدن قرآن در داخل و خارج از کشور، طرح هزاران شبهه علیه اسلام و انتشار گسترده آن در شبکه های مجازی، حمایت تمام عیار از سلمان رشدی مرتد و چاپ کاریکاتورهایی در روزنامه های دانمارکی و نیویورکی از چهره پیامبر اسلام (ص)، اشاره کرد.
از سوی دیگر ایجاد جریان های خشنی مانند جیش العدل، القائده، داعش، جبهه النصره، بوکوحرام و حمایت همه جانبه مالی و رسانه ای از جریان هایی مثل اسلام لندنی و ترویج رسم و رسوماتی مانند قمه زنی نیز از این دست برنامه ها هستند.
