به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز و به نقل از روابط عمومی شرکت گاز استان البرز، سیدرضا غفاریان مدیرعامل شرکت گاز استان البرز، با بیان اینکه در سه ماهه نخست سال جاری، ۱۹۲ نفر از جمعیت روستایی در قالب ۸۵ خانوار زیر پوشش گاز طبیعی قرار گرفتند،گفت: در استان البرز دو میلیون و ۶۹۱ هزار و ۳۳۵ نفر در قالب ۸۵۳ هزار و ۶۹ خانوار از نعمت گاز طبیعی بهره مند هستند.
وی با بیان اینکه از این تعداد، دو میلیون و ۴۹۵ هزار و ۳۶۸ نفر ساکن شهر و ۱۹۵ هزار و ۹۶۷ نفر روستانشین هستند، ادامه داد: تعداد خانوارهای شهری که از گاز طبیعی استفاده می کنند، ۷۹۲ هزار و ۵۳۵ خانوار و تعداد خانوارهای روستایی استفاده کننده از گاز طبیعی در البرز ۶۰ هزار و ۵۳۴ خانوار هستند.
مدیرعامل شرکت گاز استان البرز اضافه کرد: در این استان بیش از ۹۹ درصد مردم در بافت شهری زیر پوشش شرکت گاز استان البرز هستند در حالیکه میانگین جمعیت روستاییان استفاده کننده از نعمت گاز طبیعی به بیش از ۸۸ درصد می رسد و در مجموع بیش از ۹۴ درصد کل ساکنان استان البرز از گاز استفاده می کنند.
