وزارت کشور ضمن آرزوی قبولی عبادات و طاعات ملّت مؤمن ایران در ماه مبارک رمضان ضمن تأکید مجدد بر رعایت ارزش ها و احکام الهی و قانون بر آمده از آن از جمله حجاب اسلامی، به استحضار ملت شریف ایران می رساند که هیچ گونه عقب نشینی یا تساهل در اصول و احکام دینی و ارزش های سنتی صورت نگرفته و نخواهد گرفت و حجاب به عنوان یک ضرورت شرعی غیر قابل تردید همواره از اصول عملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران خواهد بود.
مسئله حجاب در سال های گذشته یکی از محورهای جنگ شناختی دشمن علیه ملت مظلوم و مقتدر ایران بوده و طرح های شکست خورده ای نظیر چهارشنبه های سفید، دختران خیابان انقلاب، نه به حجاب اجباری، آزادی های یواشکی و … هرگز نتوانست در اراده بانوان و دختران ایرانی در اعتلای شخصیت معنوی و حفظ هویت زن مسلمان خللی پدید آورد.
پروژه های برنامه ریزی شده توسط سرویس های امنیتی با پیشرانی افرادی معلوم الحال و فاسد العقیده از خارج از کشور در آخرین پرده با شعار عوام فریبانه «زن، زندگی، آزادی» تلاش کرد اهداف شوم خود را در هاله مقدس زنانه مخفی کند اما پایداری و بصیرت و زمان شناسی ملت بزرگ ایران و خصوصا دختران و زنان قهرمان آن به همگان اثبات کرد که دشمن همچون گذشته درگیر محاسبات غلط ناشی از عدم اشراف بر عمق دلدادگی همه آحاد مردم و خصوصا دختران این سرزمین به احکام الهی و اولیای دین است.
بر اساس اطلاعات پیدا و پنهان، دشمنان در آشوب های سال گذشته تلاش کردند حجاب را به موضوعی برای دو قطبی سازی و ایجاد شکاف های عمیق اجتماعی و عاملی برای انفکاک ملت از حاکمیت تبدیل کنند و در این راه همه ظرفیت شبکه های اجتماعی خارجی را به عنوان بستر تهاجم علیه ذهن و قلب نوجوان و جوان ایرانی به کار بستند.
در حالیکه برآورد غلط تبهکاران فرهنگی داخلی و خارجی بر رویگردانی بانوان محترم ایرانی از حجاب تمرکز یافته بود، «سیلی» افراد «ضعیف الحجاب» علاوه بر مهابت بانوان محجبه سبب استیلای یأس بر اردوگاه جنگ چند بعدی معاندان ایران اسلامی شد. به همین دلیل وزارت کشور بر خود فرض می داند که به احترام همه زنان و دختران ایرانی که در طوفان فتنه ترکیبی دشمن استوار مقاومت کردند و به الگویی از پایداری شناختی برای همه آحاد ملت تبدیل شدند، بایستد و ابراز فروتنی کند.
مطابق آنچه گذشت ذکر سه نکته ضروری است:
- مجموعه دولت و وزارت کشور خود را مخاطب مطالبات عموم مردم وفادار ایران در موضوع حجاب دانسته و بر خواسته بر حق ایشان مبنی بر داشتن جامعه ای عفیف و با حیا صحه می گذارد و گوشی شنوا و زبانی پاسخگو و بازویی توانمند برای تأمین حقوق مردم به ویژه حق زیست عفیفانه به عنوان یکی از حقوق اساسی آحاد ملت است.
این امر در ماه های گذشته و رفتار اکثریت قاطع بانوان ایرانی در حفظ حجاب به وضوح نشان داده شده و بر این اساس مدعای مواجهه متناسب با مظاهر بی عفتی یا بی حجابی دارای مبانی اصیل شرعی، قانونی و انسانی بوده و از باب حقوق عامه مردم به صورت یک موضوع اولویت دار مطمح نظر مسئولان امر است.
- تردیدی وجود ندارد که حجاب از پایه های تمدنی ملت ایران بوده و یکی از زیرساخت های بنای حیاتی خانواده است. در حالی که خانواده گرایی و حفظ حریم آن از اصول زیست اجتماعی ایرانیان است باید از حریم حجاب و عفاف برای تحکیم بنیان خانواده محافظت و بر تقویت و گسترش آن ملازمت کرد.
- از همه مراجع دینی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی تقاضا دارد با حضور مسئولانه خود در میدان، تبیین این موضوع حساس را بر خود فرض دانسته و باب گفتگوی مثبت در امر حجاب را برای همه طیف های نیازمند به بهره های فکری و ذهنی بیش از پیش باز کنند. تردیدی نیست که «اقناع» نسل جوان مؤثرترین راهبرد در بهبود وضعیت حجاب خواهد بود.
در پایان ضمن تأکید بر غیرقابل تردید بودن حجاب از منظر نظامات سیاسی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور خاطرنشان می شود که با توجه به پایبندی اکثریت قاطع بانوان و دختران ایرانی به این امر با تأکید مجدد بر لزوم رعایت حجاب در همه اماکن و معابر عمومی و ضمن اعلام حمایت از همه آمران به معروف و ناهیان از منکر در سراسر کشور، دستگاه محترم قضائی، ضابطان و سایر نهادهای ذیربط نسبت به مواجهه با معدود هنجارشکان اقدام خواهند کرد و اجازه تعدی به حریم و هویت مقدس زن مسلمان ایرانی را نخواهند داد.
