به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، عبدالله دارایی مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان البرز در شورای گفت‌وگوی دولت و بخش خصوصی که در اتاق بازرگانی استان البرز برگزار شد به اقدامات انجام شده در این اداره کل و تعامل با سایر دستگاه های مرتبط با اشتغال استان اشاره و اظهار کرد: در حوزه تقویت کاریابی در شهرک های صنعتی اشتهارد، نظرآباد، سپهر و کوثر اقدامات موثری جهت رفع مشکل تامین نیروی کار انجام شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه به همت شرکت شهرک های صنعتی و اداره کل صنایع استان در مورد رفع مشکل تامین نیروی کار در شهرک های صنعتی دیگر نیز مکاتباتی صورت گرفته است، بیان کرد: با توجه به دستور استاندار البرز در راستای ایجاد قرارگاه اشتغال بر اهمیت تشکیل این قرارگاه به منظور تامین نیروی کارگری و ماهر برای کارآفرینان و کارفرمایان و نیز رفع معضل بیکاری در البرز تاکید می کنیم. تعامل و همفکری با نخبگان و صاحب نظران برای کاهش نرخ بیکاری در استان مورد انتظار است.
مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان البر در این نشست از اقدامات این اداره کل در حوزه اشتغال از فراخوان های انجام شده جهت ایجاد مراکز کاریابی و مشاوره شغلی جدید، تعریف وظایف و پیش بینی برای کاریابی ها از سوی وزارت متبوع، برنامه ریزی برای مشاغل خانگی، تسهیلات حمایتی اشتغال، تشکیل تعاونی ها در بخش های مختلف به ویژه تعاونی های روستایی و نیز ارائه مدل اشتغال زایی در راستای ایجاد قرارگاه اشتغال نام برد.
شایان ذکر است در این نشست، مجتبی عبدالهی استاندار البرز نیز در خصوص ایجاد قرارگاه اشتغال مواردی را تشریح و با ارائه راهکارهای مناسب در حوزه اشتغال زایی در استان و بر تعیین وظایف دستگاه ها در این زمینه تاکید کرد.
