به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سید محمد هادی سبحانیان، معاون سیاستگذاری اقتصادی وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی عصر امروز در حاشیه نود و چهارمین نشست شورای گفت‌وگوی دولت و بخش خصوصی که در سالن شهدای دولت استانداری برگزار شد، گفت: طرح مهمی از سوی این وزارتخانه در راستای کاهش فشار بر واحدهای تولیدی و شناخته شده ای که برای افزایش سطح تولید در کشور تلاش می کنند، دنبال می شود.
وی از کاهش پنج واحد درصدی نرخ مالیات بر عملکرد واحدهای تولیدی با پیشنهاد وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی در سال جاری خبر داد و بیان کرد: همچنین پیشنهاد شده سال آینده، دو واحد درصد دیگر نیز از این نرخ کاسته شود و از ۲۵ به ۱۸ واحد درصد برسد. در راستای برقراری عدالت مالیاتی، با برنامه ریزی و انجام اقدامات مناسب، برای جلوگیری از فرارهای مالیاتی تلاش شده است.
معاون سیاستگذاری اقتصادی وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی با اشاره به اینکه شناسایی مودیان جدید در دستورکار قرار گرفته است، عنوان کرد: با رویکردهای جدید حوزه مالیاتی، با افزایش ۵۰ درصدی ارائه اظهارنامه مالیاتی از سوی فعالان اقتصادی مواجه شدیم. همچنین با تصمیمات اتخاذ شده از سوی وزارات اقتصاد و دارایی از حدود ۱۰۰ هزار میلیارد تومان فرار مالیاتی در کشور جلوگیری شد.
سبحانیان با اشاره به شناسایی بیش از دو میلیون مودی جدید مالیاتی و با بیان اینکه همه این اقدامات در راستای برقراری عدالت و کاهش فشار مالیاتی بر تولیدکنندگان انجام می شوند، خاطرنشان کرد: به دلیل کمبودهایی که در منابع تبصره ۱۸ قانون بودجه سال ۱۴۰۱ وجود داشت، تاکنون منابع خاصی برای این موضوع تخصیص داده نشده است.
وی بیان کرد: قول های مساعدی از سوی سازمان برنامه و بودجه داده شده که تا پایان سال جاری منابعی اختصاص یابد که امیدواریم هرچه زودتر شاهد این اتفاق باشیم. اقدامات لازم در وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی و دیگر دستگاه های اجرایی به منظور تخصیص تسهیلات از محل تبصره ۱۸ انجام شده تا به محض وصول منابع موردنظر، با اهرم‌سازی در آن ها، کارسازی لازم صورت گیرد و به واجدین شرایط واگذار شود.
معاون سیاستگذاری اقتصادی وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی در پایان عنوان کرد: اخبار وصول شده در مورد تخصیص منابع از محل تبصره ۱۸ نشان می‌دهد که منابع محدودتری نسبت به سال گذشته برای تخصیص به واجدین شرایط وجود دارد.
