به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سپیده غفاری، مشاور امور بانوان و خانواده فرمانداری کرج گفت: طبق ماده ۵ قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری، مادران شاغلی که دارای فرزند زیر هفت سال یا دانش آموز دوره ابتدایی هستند، ساعت کاری خود در روزهای پنجشنبه را می توانند در سایر روزهای هفته با رعایت سقف، در ماده ۸۷ قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری یا از طریق دورکاری جبران کنند.
در صدر ماده ۸۷ قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری مصوب سال ۱۳۸۶ پس از اعلام میزان ساعات کار کارمندان دولت (۴۴ ساعت در هفته) مقرر شده که ترتیب و تنظیم ساعات کار ادارات با پیشنهاد سازمان اداری و استخدامی کشور و تصویب هیات وزیران تعیین شود که بر همین اساس هیات وزیران بر مبنای حکم قانونی فوق صلاحیت ترتیب و تنظیم ساعات کار ادارات را دارد.
همچنین حکم مقرر در تبصره ۳ ماده ۸۷ قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری که براساس آن «همه دستگاه‌های اجرایی استانی موظفند ساعات کار خود را در ۶ روز هفته تنظیم کنند.»، ناظر به تکلیف مدیران استان‌ها در تعیین ساعات کاری است و مانع از اعمال اختیار هیات وزیران به شرح مقرر در صدر ماده ۸۷ قانون نیست و در تبصره ۲ این ماده نیز مقرر شده که «دستگاه‌های اجرایی می‌توانند در موارد خاص با موافقت هیات وزیران و رعایت سقف ساعات کار با توجه به شرایط جغرافیایی و منطقه‌ای و فصلی ساعات کار خود را به ترتیب دیگری تنظیم کنند.»
