شعار امسال بسیار اساسی تر و صریح تر بیان شده است؛ این شعار با هوشمندی تمام مسیر تولید و هدف غایی آن را نشان می‌دهد زیرا تولید از طریق نخبگان آغاز شده است، اشتغال آفرینی جامعه را در پی دارد و در نهایت منجر به شکوفایی همه‌جانبه کشور خواهد شد.
