به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، مریم قهرمانی صارم، نایب رئیس کمیسیون تلفیق شورای اسلامی شهر کرج با اشاره به روز فرهنگی کرج گفت: سازمان فرهنگی، اجتماعی و ورزشی شهرداری برای نهادینه کردن یک فضای شاد در شهر تلاش کرده و از برگزاری مراسم در یک سالن خودداری کند.
وی افزود: برنامه ریزی برای بهبود روز فرهنگی کرج باید علاوه بر توجه به سیاسیت های کلان فرهنگی دارای جهت گیری بومی و منطقه‌ای باشد تا بتواند اثرات خوبی در افراد جامعه داشته باشد. این روز آنچنان که باید به همگان معرفی نشده و به همین دلیل در چند سال اخیر مورد کم لطفی قرار گرفته و مراسم‌های قابل توجهی در محله ها برگزار نشده است.
این عضو شورای اسلامی شهر کرج بیان کرد: ضعیف عمل کردن در حوزه اطلاع رسانی به مناسبت روز فرهنگی کرج در عرصه داخلی و فقدان سیاستگذاری یکپارچه و روشن در مواجهه با مسائل مختلف شهری و نبود همکاری‌های میان‌بخشی از جمله آسیب‌های اصلی در این زمینه به شمار می‌رود.
قهرمانی صارم در پایان تأکید کرد: تقویت الگوهای ارتباطی برای دریافت نظرات نخبگان، فرهنگ دوستان و کرج شناسان در مسیر عملیاتی کردن برنامه‌های ارتقای هویتی به جای ارائه مضامین شعاری، امری ضروری محسوب می شود.
