وی مطرح کرد: انتظار می رود مدیریت شهری در کنار آسیب شناسی و توجه به پیوست فرهنگی و اقتصادی پروژه ها به موضوعات اجتماعی نیز نگاه کارشناسانه داشته باشد. امروزه ترافیك در كلانشهركرج به نسبت سال های گذشته بسیار پرحجم تر است و در برخی ساعات روز معابر اصلی شهر دچار مشكلات جدی می شود.
رئیس کمیسیون برنامه و بودجه شورای اسلامی شهر کرج با بیان اینکه كرج به واسطه نزدیكی به پایتخت و قرار گرفتن در مسیر ۱۴ استان كشور، از سختی ها و دشواری های ترافیكی رنج می برد، افزود: راهكارهای پیشنهادی برای برون رفت از این مشكل بزرگ باید در مهاجرت معكوس ، توسعه زیر ساختها و فرهنگ سازی برای استفاده مردم از وسایل نقلیه عمومی جست و جو كرد.
قهرمانی صارم با تاکید بر اینکه اجرای پروژه های عمرانی باید بنا به درخواست و نیاز شهروندان پیش برود تا نارضایتی ایجاد نشود، خاطرنشان کرد: توجه به سهم شهروندان و لحاظ کردن میزان نیاز آن ها در پروژه های شهری مولفه ای مهم برای تدوین و طراحی پروژه های عمرانی است و بدون شک این رویکرد، روند توسعه و عمران شهری را نیز افزایش می دهد.
