به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علیرضا عباسی، نماینده مردم کرج، اشتهارد و فردیس در مجلس شورای اسلامی در نشست شورای آموزش و پرورش که در سالن شهدای دولت استانداری برگزار شد گفت: معلمان در توسعه فرهنگی جامعه نقش مهمی دارند بنابراین باید جایگاه معلم و تعلیم و تربیت دانش آموزان توجه ویژه ای شود.
وی با بیان اینکه رسالت معلم کار تربیتی است که باید در مدارس مورد توجه قرار گیرد عنوان کرد: بی تفاوتی نسبت به تعلیم و تربیت آسیب زاست. معلمان در رشد و پیشرفت علمی و فرهنگی جامعه مهم ترین نقش را دارند لذا در استخدام این قشر باید دقت کرد. استخدام نیروهای معتقد در عرصه تعلیم و تربیت باید از طریق دانشگاه فرهنگیان باشد.
عباسی با بیان اینکه اساس انقلاب اسلامی، فرهنگی است و جامعه ما به نیروهای بصیر نیاز دارد، مطرح کرد: باید زمینه ای را فراهم کرد تا مشکلات تربیتی در مدارس برطرف شود .در گام دوم انقلاب و بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین باید معلم، دانش‌آموز و مدرسه در تراز جمهوری اسلامی تربیت شوند.
نماینده مردم کرج، اشتهارد و فردیس در مجلس شورای اسلامی تاکید کرد: همچنین باید بسترهای لازم برای توسعه گسترده‌تر فعالیت‌های فرهنگی و تربیتی در استان فراهم شود تا شاهد شکوفایی استعدادها و خلاقیت های نسل جدید در حوزه‌های مختلف باشیم.
ضعف فرهنگی را نمی توان با کلاس تقویتی جبران کرد
علی حجرگشت، مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش البرز نیز در این نشست گفت: پیشبرد اهداف تربیتی و فرهنگی در مدارس استان ویژه دانش آموزان، معلمان و اولیا، مطالبه ای جدی است که باید به صورت برنامه محور انجام شود. ضعف دانش آموزان در امور درسی را می توان با برگزاری کلاس های فوق العاده و جبرانی برطرف کرد اما مسائل تربیتی و فرهنگی چنین روندی ندارد و آسیب زاست.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: باید حساسیت خانواده ها را نسبت به مسائل تربیتی و فرهنگی جامعه بالا برد تا دانش آموزان با همسویی مدرسه و خانواده در بخش تربیتی و فرهنگی تقویت شوند. فعالیت های تربیتی مدارس باید به شکل مطلوب و پرشور و با استفاده از ظرفیت های استانی سازماندهی و اجرا شوند.
مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش البرز در ادامه به میزبانی استان البرز در بیست و سومین دوره پرسش مهر ریاست جمهوری اشاره و اظهارکرد: هر سال همزمان با آغاز سال تحصیلی رئیس جمهور برای دانش آموزان پرسشی را مطرح می کند که امسال دبیرخانه کشوری پرسش مهر در استان البرز مستقر است.
حجرگشت با بیان اینکه اقدامات لازم در خصوص بیست و سومین دوره پرسش ریاست جمهوری انجام شده و امور دیگر در حال پیگیری است گفت: ۲۴ تا ۳۰ دی ماه هفته بزرگداشت شوراهای آموزش و پرورش نامگذاری شده که برای این هفته نیز همایش های استانی و منطقه ای پیش بینی شده است تا به بیان نقش مهم این شوراها آموزش و پرورش در فرآیند تعلیم و تربیت پرداخته شود.
