به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، احمد افضلی، معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری البرز امروز در نشست با مدیرکل و معاونین بنیاد مسکن این استان، ضمن تبریک سالروز افتتاح بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی گفت: امسال با پیام مقام معظم رهبری در حوزه های روستایی، کار بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی در روستاهای استان البرز و کشور در حوزه های گردشگری افزایش یافته است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه در استان البرز، روستاها به مناطق تفرجگاهی تبدیل شده اند و باید در این میان به ساخت و سازهای غیرمجاز دقت بسیاری شود، مطرح کرد: باید تمرکز بالاتری برای اختصاص بودجه های بیشتر در جهت ساماندهی روستاها در حوزه های معابر، فضای سبز و … اختصاص داده و بازنگری طرح های هادی نیز به منظور رفع سریع مشکلات مردم تسریع شود.
علی محمدی، مدیرکل بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی استان البرز نیز در این نشست از اجرای طرح هادی در ۲۴۸ روستا از میان ۲۵۰ روستای بالای ۲۰ خانوار خبر داد و با اشاره به پرداخت تسهیلات قرض‌الحسنه ۲۰۰ میلیون تومانی ساخت مسکن روستایی افزود: به همت معاونت امور عمرانی استانداری البرز، واحدهای قولنامه ای با داشتن مجوز نیز می‌توانند از این تسهیلات استفاده کنند.
وی با اشاره به مقاوم سازی واحدهای مسکونی شهری نیز بیان کرد: ۶۰ هزار واحد مسکونی نیز ساخته شده که حدود ۳۱ هزار واحد مقاوم سازی شده و در حوزه اقدام ملی مسکن نیز فعالیت های خوبی صورت گرفته است. در حوزه روستاها و شهرها باید تعرفه ناظرین افزایش یابد تا از کیفیت فعالیت های آن ها کاسته نشود.
