به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، برابر ماده ۱۰ قانون خدمت وظيفه عمومي، انجام امور زير در مورد مشمولين وظيفه عمومي مستلزم ارائه مدرك دال بر رسيدگي به وضع مشموليت آنان است:
الف: دريافت هر گونه وام و كمك‌هاي كشاورزي، صنعتي، دامداري و مسكن از طريق بانك‌ها، وزارتخانه‌ها، موسسات دولتي و وابسته به دولت و نهادهاي قانوني
ب: كانديدا شدن جهت انتخابات مجلس شوراي اسلامي و ساير شوراها و انجمن‌هاي قانوني
پ: تحويل اصل گواهينامه يا پايان نامه دوره‌هاي تحصيلي ديپلم و بالاتر از وزارتخانه مربوطه
ت: صدور پروانه كسب و اجازه اشتغال و عضويت در شركت‌هاي تعاوني
ث: دريافت مستمري از سازمان‌هاي دولتي و وابسته و نهادهاي قانوني
ج: استخدام به هر صورت (رسمي، پيماني، روزمزد و خريد خدمت) در وزارتخانه‌ها، موسسات دولتي و وابسته به دولت، نهادهاي قانوني و شركت‌هاي دولتی
چ: عدم امکان اشتغال در سازمان های دولتی و خصوصی
کسانی که به نحوی مشمولان غایب را در موسسات دولتی و غیردولتی از قبیل کارخانه ها، شرکت ها، آموزشگاه ها، بنگاه ها، مغازه ها و تعمیرگاه ها ثبت نام و به کارگیری کنند به محاکم صالحه قضایی معرفی می شوند.
بر اساس ماده ۶۳ مکرر قانون خدمت وظیفه عمومی، مجازات در نظر گرفته شده برای این دسته از افراد برای اولین بار، پرداخت هزینه سالانه یک سرباز برابر قانون بودجه سال ۱۴۰۱ به مبلغ بیش از ۸۲ میلیون ریال بوده و برای بار دوم و بیشتر هزینه سالانه سه سرباز بیش از ۳۰۰ میلیون ریال جریمه می شوند.
