به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، بهزاد غفاری، مدیرکل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز امروز در مراسم تقدیر از مربیان مراکز زیر مجموعه این اداره کل به مناسبت هفته معلم گفت: مربیان سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور، خدمات شایسته ای به افراد ذینفع ارائه می دهند و آموزش های آن ها نویدبخش آینده ای روشن در کشور است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه آموزش های مهارتی، نقش بسزایی در توانمندسازی جوانان جویای کار دارد که در این راستا، نقش مربیان از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است، مطرح کرد: کیفیت آموزش در اشتغال پایدار و وضعیت اقتصاد جامعه در بخش هاي مختلف مشخص می شود که در توسعه پایدار، محور، توسعه انسان و کلید آن، آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای است.
مدیرکل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز مربیان را ستون اصلی و نقطه شروع تحول در سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور دانست و خاطرنشان کرد: تجلیل از مربیان نباید مختص به روز معلم باشد، بلکه مربی باید در همه حال تجلیل شود و در صدر نشیند و قدر ببیند. افزايش بهره وري در سايه تلاش و کوشش بي وقفه مربيان رقم می خورد که این امر، موجب ارتقاي دانايي و مهارتي در جامعه خواهد شد.
گفتنی است اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان البرز با دارا بودن هفت مرکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای دولتی و بیش از ۴۵۰ آموزشگاه آزاد فنی و حرفه ای در چهار خوشه صنعت، خدمات، کشاورزی و فرهنگ و هنر به ۱۹ جامعه هدف در سطح استان خدمات آموزش مهارتی ارائه می دهد.
