به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، فریدون محمدی، مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری استان البرز گفت: با توجه به شرایط آب و هوایی متغیر و احتمال بارندگی‌ها، مرمت مسجد نجم‌آباد نظرآباد، آغاز شده است.
وی افزود: در بازدید صورت گرفته و بررسی‌های انجام شده توسط کارشناسان حوزه مرمت اداره کل، نقاط آسیب‌دیده در سقف و بدنه بنا، شناسایی و در همین راستا، طرح مرمتی ارائه شد.
محمدی عنوان کرد: به همین منظور بودجه‌ای برای آغاز پروژه مرمت در نظر گرفته شده که تا‌کنون از طرف مراجع ذیصلاح ابلاغ نشده اما با این وجود با انتخاب پیمانکار، عملیات اجرایی آغاز شده است.
مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری استان البرز بیان کرد: تا‌کنون قسمت‌های داخلی گنبد‌ها مرمت شده‌اند و پس از سبک‌سازی سقف، مرمت این قسمت از بنا نیز به زودی انجام خواهد شد.
وی افزود: از مواد و مصالح به کار رفته در بنا به منظور حفظ استحکام و اصالت بنا استفاده می‌شود و به زودی شاهد مرمت نهایی مسجد نجم‌آباد و رفع یکی از دغدغه‌های مردم نظرآباد و روستای تاریخی نجم‌آباد، اصحاب رسانه و سازمان‌های مردم نهاد خواهیم بود.
