به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز فاطمه منعمی، دبیر شورای اسلامی شهر کرج گفت: در راستای چابک سازی بدنه مدیریت شهری، طرح بازخریدی و بازنشستگی پیش از موعد کارکنان به تصویب شورای اسلامی شهر کرج رسید.
وی افزود: با توجه به زحمات پرسنل خدوم شهرداری در حوزه های عملیاتی سازمان آتش نشانی و آرامستان ها مقرر شد نیروهای آتش نشان و غسال در زمان اجرای طرح به ازای هر سال خدمت معادل دو ماه سنوات دریافت کنند. این مصوبه در راستای توجه بیشتر و قدردانی از زحمات پرسنل عملیاتی و خانواده های آنان اجرا می شود.
دبیر شورای اسلامی شهر کرج با اشاره به نقش منابع انسانی بیان کرد: نیروی انسانی مهم‌ترین و ارزشمند‌ترین سرمایه در سازمان است و توسعه و تحول مجموعه با نیروی انسانی کارآمد و توانمند محقق می شود بنابراین راهبری کارکنان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.
منعمی با بیان اینکه شورای اسلامی شهر کرج همواره بر شناسایی نیروهای متعهد و متخصص و بکارگیری آنان در مشاغل تاکید داشته است، اظهار کرد: در این دوره از شورای اسلامی شهر کرج به منابع انسانی توجه ویژه شده و همواره در راستای ایجاد آرامش و آسایش کارکنان به ویژه در حوزه های عملیاتی تلاش می شود.
