منوچهر غفاری، مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استانداری البرز در گفت و گو با پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز با اشاره به هشدار سطح زرد هواشناسی گفت: تحلیل آخرین الگوهای پیش یابی حاکی از چینش فشار از روز چهارشنبه ۱۳ اردیبهشت تا روز جمعه پانزدهم در منطقه البرز مرکزی است.
وی عنوان کرد: به موجب این پیش بینی، وزش باد شدید و لحظه ای، احتمال رگبار پراکنده و رعد و برق، به ویژه در ارتفاعات و در بعضی از ساعات خیزش گرد و خاک مورد انتظار است.
مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استانداری البرز، احتمال شکستگی درختان و سقوط سازه های موقت و سست، آسیب به گلخانه ها، تابلوها و بنرهای تبلیغاتی در سطح شهر، ریزش سنگ در ارتفاعات و جاده های کوهستانی و اختلال تردد در سطح معابر شهری و بین شهری را از جمله اثرات این مخاطره طبیعی عنوان کرد.
غفاری تاکید کرد: محکم کردن سازه های موقت و سست و رعایت نکات ایمنی در فعالیت های عمرانی، احتیاط در عبور و مرور و عدم پارک خودرو در حاشیه ساختمان های نیمه کاره و درختان کهنسال، احتیاط در فعالیت های کوهنوردی و عدم سمپاشی و محلول پاشی باغات و مزارع و استفاده از قیم برای نهال ها از جمله توصیه های این مدیریت به شهروندان است.
