به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علی چهارمحالی، مدیرکل زندان‌های استان البرز و نایب رئیس ستاد دیه استان گفت: به همت ستاد دیه استان و سه تن از فوتبالیست‌های ملی پوش کشور، ۲۰ زندانی بدهکار مالی از زندان آزاد شدند و به آغوش گرم خانواده های خود بازگشتند.
وی با اشاره به میزان بدهی این زندانیان توضیح داد: میزان بدهی این افراد بالغ بر ۱۳۰ میلیارد ریال بود که با همت ستاد دیه، آقایان ترابی، چشمی و قلی زاده، فوتبالیست های ملی پوش کشور، اعسار، اعطای تسهیلات کم بهره ستاد دیه و گذشت شکات از زندان آزاد شدند.
مدیرکل زندان‌های استان البرز بیان کرد: سنت حسنه کمک به آزادی زندانیان بدهکار مالی، ریشه در نوعدوستی ایرانیان دارد و مشارکت چهره‌های مشهور کشور در این امر می‌تواند در ترویج این سنت حسنه بسیار تاثیر گذار باشد.
چهارمحالی ضمن قدردانی از فوتبالیست‌های خَیر عنوان کرد: مردم نیز می توانند کمک های نقدی خود را به هر میزان که در توان دارند، به شماره کارت ۶۰۳۷۹۹۱۸۹۹۹۴۴۴۰۳ یا شماره حساب ۰۲۱۶۰۸۰۴۶۷۰۰۸ به نام ستاد دیه استان البرز واریز و در آزادی زندانیان بدهکار مالی مشارکت کنند.
