حسین فاضلی هریکندی، رئیس کل دادگستری استان البرز با اشاره به انجام دیدارهای مردمی مدیران این مجموعه در روزهای سه شنبه هر هفته، از اعلام روزهای انجام دیدارهای مردمی مدیران دادگستری کل استان و نیز مدیران کل دستگاه های تابعه در پورتال دادگستری کل استان البرز خبر داد.
وی با اشاره به رسیدگی به ۱۴ درخواست مردمی که روز گذشته توسط او انجام شده بود، بیان کرد: ۲۴ درخواست نیز در همان روز، توسط معاون و مشاوران قضایی دادگستری استان و ۱۲۵ مشاوره و راهنمایی نیز توسط کارشناسان حوزه ریاست به مراجعین ارائه شد.
رئیس کل دادگستری استان البرز با بیان اینکه در دیدارهای مردمی، درخواست‌ها بدون محدودیت موضوعی مورد رسیدگی قرار می گیرند اذعان کرد: درخواست ها غالبا در زمینه تسریع در رسیدگی و اتخاذ تصمیم در پرونده های جاری در دادسراها و دادگاه های مراجع مختلف قضایی استان بود.
فاضلی هریکندی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: درخواست خانواده زندانیان جهت اعطای مرخصی به زندانیان در ایام نوروز و ادعای خلاف شرع بین بودن آرای قطعی و درخواست اعمال ماده ۴۷۷ قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری نیز از جمله موضوعات درخواستی بود.
