انواع سرقت ادبی کدام است؟
سرقت ادبی به شکل‌های مختلفی اتفاق می افتد و متفاوت است که چند مورد از آن را نام می بریم و در مورد آن توضیح می دهیم.
سرقت ادبی تصادفی یا سهوی: در پاره‌ای موارد، پژوهشگر، سهواً، اثر علمی یا ادبی را از منبعی استخراج می کند اما سهوی بودن دلیلی بر تبرئه وی نیست و شخص مرتکب، مسئول عواقب آن خواهد بود.
سرقت ادبی عمدی: این نوع سرقت ادبی انواع مختلفی دارد.
سرقت ادبی مستقیم: چنانچه محتوایی را عیناً از منبعی بیاوریم و اشاره‌ای به مرجع آن نکنیم، مرتکب سرقت ادبی مستقیم شده‌ایم. البته اگر محتوا نوشتاری است، باید علاوه بر ارجاع‌دهی مناسب، آن را داخل گیومه قرار دهیم.
سرقت ادبی غیرمستقیم: این نوع سرقت ادبی «موزائیکی» نیز نامیده می‌شود. در این نوع، محتوای یک یا چند منبع با بخش‌های مختلف محتوای در حال تهیه یا یکدیگر تلفیق می‌شوند. این سرقت ادبی بسته به مهارت شخص، ممکن است از تغییر ناگهانی سبک محتوا قابل تشخیص باشد. تشخیص سرقت ادبی همیشه به این آسانی نیست.
استفاده چندباره از محتوای سرقت شده: این نوع سرقت ادبی به معنای استفاده از یک محتوای سرقت شده در موقعیت‌های متفاوت و برای مقاصد مختلف است. از رایج‌ترین نمونه‌های این نوع سرقت ادبی می‌توان به ارسال یک مقاله علمی سرقت‌شده به چندین مجله برای انتشار یا ارائه آن در موقعیت‌های مختلفی، مثل کنفرانس‌ها یا کلاس‌های درسی، اشاره کرد.
سرقت ادبی ناشی از بازنویسی ناصحیح: این نمونه سرقت ادبی بیشتر در نوشتار اتفاق می‌افتد. اگر از مطالب منبعی صرفاً با تغییر جزئی چند کلمه، مترادف یا تغییر ترتیب آنها و با همان ساختار متن مبدأ استفاده کنیم، مرتکب سرقت ادبی بازنویسی شده‌ایم.
انواع سرقت علمی و ادبی غیرمستقیم بسیار رایج هستند. برای رعایت کامل اصول اخلاقی مربوط به تهیه محتوای علمی، باید هرگونه یاریگری در مراحل مختلف تهیه محتوا صادقانه قید شود. البته، باید بین مطالب عمومی و مطالبِ پدیدآورنده‌ای خاص تفکیک قائل شویم. برخی مطالب جنبه عمومی دارند. برداشتن آنها از یک منبع سرقت ادبی نیست.
مثلاً، اگر جمله «جنگل‌های آمازون بزرگ‌ترین جنگل‌های بارانی جهان هستند» را از منبعی عیناً و بدون اشاره به مرجع به کار ببریم کارمان سرقت ادبی نیست، چراکه درباره موضوعی بدیهی یا پذیرفته‌شده صحبت می‌کنیم. اما چه زمانی باید این منابع را نیز ذکر کنیم؟ اگر در مورد عمومیت محتوا تردید دارید، حتماً باید ارجاع دهید. برای جلوگیری از ارتکاب سرقت ادبی، نقل‌قول‌های دیگران حتماً باید در داخل قیومه و با ارجاع‌دهی مناسب صورت گیرد.
ضمن این‌که در ارجاع‌دهی، بر ارجاع به منبع اولیه تأکید داریم. لذا اگر محتوایی را از منبعی می‌آوریم که خود از منبع دیگری استفاده کرده است، ملاک مرجع‌دهی برای آن محتوا، منبع اولیه خواهد بود.
تشخیص سرقت ادبی

در دانشگاه‌های معتبر، نظیر آکسفورد، سرقت ادبی تخلف انضباطی است. در این‌صورت، مجازاتی متناسب با نوع و میزان جرم، از کسر نمره گرفته تا اخراج دانشجو، در نظر گرفته می‌شود.
سرقت ادبی باعث می‌شود اعتماد به مرتکب آن از بین برود. در بسیاری از کشورها سرقت ادبی نوعی سوء‌پیشینه است و در درخواست‌های آتی شخص مرتکب، برای استخدام یا اخذ بورسیه تحصیلی تأثیر منفی دارد.
مجازات سرقت ادبی چیست؟
سرقت ادبی تقریباً در همه کشورها جرم است و مطابق قوانین آن کشور، مشمول مجازات می‌شود. طبق قوانین، سرقت ادبی در اشکال مختلف آن، اعم از چاپی، الکترونیک، عمدی یا سهوی، جرم است.
اما چگونه از سرقت ادبی جلوگیری کنیم؟ چگونه خودمان مرتکب سرقت ادبی نشویم؟ برای این‌که حتی ندانسته به چنین جرمی مرتکب نشویم، لازم است
اصول مربوط به حقوق خالق آثار علمی و ادبی را رعایت کنیم. ارجاع‌دهی به منابع استفاده‌شده از ابتدایی‌ترین اقدام‌ها برای اجتناب از سرقت ادبی است.
