به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سرهنگ رسول جلیلیان، سرپرست پلیس فتای استان البرز با اشاره به اهمیت اطلاعات ذخیره شده در تلفن همراه، نصب برنامه ضد سرقت را شانسی برای ردیابی مکان گوشی هنگام گم شدن آن دانست و گفت: گوگل قابلیتی به صورت پیش فرض در سیستم عامل اندروید قرار داده تا کاربران بتوانند موبایل خود را به وسیله امکانی به نام find my device ردیابی کنند.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه اطلاعات شخصی نباید در تلفن همراه نگهداری شوند اذعان کرد: این تنها ابزار برای ردگیری تلفن همراه اندرویدی نیست، بلکه نرم افزارهای زیاد دیگری نیز با اهداف مشترک برای این کار ایجاد شده اند. کاربران می توانند برای اطلاع از آخرین شیوه های کلاهبرداری اینترنتی به سایت پلیس فتا به آدرس cyberpolice.ir مراجعه کنند.
