به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز و به نقل از روابط عمومی اداره کل بهزیستی استان البرز، در راستای اجرای طرح توانمندسازی و تحول اجتماع محور محلات کشور، وجیهه محمدی فلاح، مدیرکل بهزیستی استان البرز از منطقه ملک آباد شهرستان چهارباغ و مراکز مستقر در این منطقه از جمله دی آی سی و شلتر مردان و زنان، مرکز مثبت زندگی و مرکز جامع درمان اعتیاد بازدید و عملکرد این مراکز را ارزیابی کرد.
وجیهه محمدی فلاح، مدیرکل بهزیستی استان البرز در حاشیه این بازدید، در جمع اصحاب رسانه این استان گفت: در راستای توانمندسازی محلات ضعیف و ناکارآمد شهری و رسیدگی به اقشار کم درآمد جامعه، اجرای طرح تحول و توانمند سازی ۲۰۲۰ محلات کم برخوردار در مناطق مختلف کشور و به تبع آن ۵۵ محله در استان البرز آغاز شده است.
وی افزود: بر این اساس و به دستور استاندار البرز، قرارگاه اجتماعی استان البرز تشکیل شد و در آن شرح وظایف همه دستگاه ها مشخص و سه منطقه ملک آباد چهارباغ، تپه قشلاق محمدشهر و سید جمال الدین نظرآباد به بهزیستی محول و مقرر شد با استفاده از امکانات و منابع دستگاه های اجرایی مانند بهزیستی، هلال احمر، کمیته امداد، فنی و حرفه ای، شهرداری و … و استفاده از ظرفیت گروه های جهادی، افراد داوطلب و مردم ساکن همان محله اجرا شود.
مدیرکل بهزیستی استان البرز با اشاره به اینکه در مناطقی که بهزیستی متولی اصلی است، باید پایگاهی به نام خانه بهزیستی راه اندازی شود، عنوان کرد: مسئول این خانه فردی از افراد توانمند محله است که به صورت داوطلبانه ضمن فراگیری آموزش های لازم وظیفه راهبری این طرح را بر عهده می گیرد.
محمدی فلاح گفت: با توجه به این امر و رسالت سازمان بهزیستی مبنی بر حرکت در جهت کنترل و کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی و توانمندسازی اقشار ضعیف جامعه، بهزیستی پیش از این نیز دارای مراکز کاهش آسیب از جمله دی آی سی، شلتر، مراکز ترک اعتیاد و مثبت زندگی، پایگاه های خدمات اجتماعی و اورژانس اجتماعی بود.
مدیرکل بهزیستی استان البرز ادامه داد: وجود این مراکز موجب شده که تا حدودی مشکلات این محلات از قبل احصا شده باشد، به همین دلیل امیدواریم بتوانیم با ارائه راهکارهای تخصصی گامی اساسی در حل چالش ها و توانمندسازی افراد در محلات آسیب پذیر و کم برخوردار برداریم.
