به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سرهنگ رسول جلیلیان، رئیس پلیس فتای استان البرز گفت: خانم جوانی با در دست داشتن ابلاغیه قضائی به پلیس فتای استان مراجعه کرد و مدعی شد که شخصی ناشناس با ساخت صفحات جعلی به نام وی اقدام به انتشار تصاویر شخصی او در شبکه های اجتماعی مختلف می کند که رسیدگی به این پرونده در دستورکار کارشناسان قرار گرفت.
وی افزود: با مشاهده مستندات ارائه شده توسط شاکی و بررسي‌هاي تخصصي انجام شده در فضاي مجازی، متهم شناسایی و با اخذ مجوز قضائی و اعزام تيمی از مأموران، دستگیر و برای انجام تحقیقات تکمیلی به پلیس فتا منتقل شد. متهم پس از مشاهده ادله کشف شده به بزه ارتکابي اعتراف و انگیزه خود را از این اقدام انتقام جویی از شاکی اعلام کرد.
رئیس پلیس فتای استان البرز با اشاره به معرفی متهم به مراجع قضائی متذکر شد: سوءاستفاده از فیلم و عکس‌های خصوصی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی يکی از شايع‌ترين جرائم حوزه فضای مجازی است، بنابراین ایجاد هرگونه مزاحمت و انتشار تصاویر خصوصی و خانوادگی افراد در فضای سایبری برابر ماده ۱۷ قانون جرائم رایانه‌ای جرم محسوب می شود و قانون‌گذار برای آن مجازات تعیین کرده است.
