بر اساس مواد ۸۷ و ۹۵ قانون کار تامین حداقل های سلامت کار و مسئولیت مستقیم آن بر عهده کارفرما است، لذا شهرداری ها علاوه بر مسئولیت مستقیم نسبت به نیروهای خود، باید بر عملکرد پیمانکارانشان نیز به منظور حفظ جان کارگران نظارت کند. از همین رو درخواست تخصیص واکسن در مرحله اول برای پاکبان ها، رانندگان تاکسی و پرسنل بهشت سکینه (س) امری ذاتی برای شهرداری ها محسوب می شود.
با توجه به ماهیت مشاغل عنوان شده که از جمله مشاغل پر خطر محسوب می شوند و خدمات آنان غیر قابل تعطیلی است شهرداری کرج باید در واکسینه کردن آن ها اهتمام و جدیت بیشتری به خرج دهد. مواجهه روزانه با صدها تن زباله عفونی و غیرعفونی، هزاران مسافر، اموات مبتلا و غیر مبتلا و بستگان و همراهان آنان به طور روزانه این اقشار را در زمره گروه های پرخطر قرار داده که باید در مرحله کنونی به عنوان یک اولویت به آنان نگریسته شود.
اکنون در حوزه خدمات شهری شهرداری کرج بیش از یک هزار و ۸۰۰ نفر، در ناوگان تاکسیرانی قریب به ۱۶ هزار راننده و در بخش متوفیات سازمان بهشت سکینه (س) بیش از ۵۰ نفر مستقیما در مشاغل یاد شده فعالیت می کنند که با وجود پرخطر بودن، خدماتشان غیر قابل تعطیلی است. از همین رو تخصیص واکسن در مرحله اول واکسیناسیون بدیهی و غیر قابل انکار است. امید است شهرداری کرج نسبت به این موضوع جدیت بیشتری از خود به نمایش بگذارد.
