به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سرهنگ حکمت الله شجاعی، سرپرست پلیس آگاهی استان البرز گفت: اواخر بهمن سال گذشته خبری مبنی بر وقوع یک فقره قتل در نزاع دسته جمعی در منطقه گلسار شهرستان ساوجبلاغ به پلیس اعلام و بلافاصله عوامل پلیس آگاهی ساوجبلاغ برای بررسی موضوع به محل حادثه اعزام شدند.
وی بیان کرد: بررسی‌های اولیه پلیس حکایت از این داشت که در یک درگیری خیابانی که ما بین چهار جوان صورت گرفته بود، یک جوان ۲۲ ساله فوت کرد و دو نفر دیگر مجروح شده اند. قاتل و عامل اصلی ایجاد درگیری پس از انجام قتل متواری شده و به مکان نامشخصی گریخته بود.
به گفته سرپرست پلیس آگاهی استان البرز، علیرغم حرفه ای عمل کردن متهم و نگذاشتن هیچگونه ردی از خود در ترددهایش، مأموران با انجام اقدامات اطلاعاتی و پلیسی گسترده در نهایت مخفیگاه متهم را شناسایی کردند.
سرهنگ شجاعی با بیان اینکه با هدایت نامبرده از استان‌های جنوبی کشور به ساوجبلاغ، وی در یک عملیات غافلگیرانه دستگیر شد، خاطرنشان کرد: متهم پس از اعتراف به قتل با تکمیل پرونده به مراجع قضائی معرفی و با صدور قرار مناسب روانه زندان شد.
