به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سرهنگ حکمت الله شجاعی، سرپرست پلیس آگاهی استان البرز گفت: در روزهای پایانی سال ۱۴۰۱ خبری مبنی بر وقوع قتل در یک دامداری در یکی از روستاهای اطراف شهرستان نظرآباد به مرکز فوریت های پلیسی ۱۱۰ اعلام و عوامل پلیس آگاهی شهرستان برای بررسی موضوع به محل حادثه اعزام شدند.
وی افزود: بررسی های میدانی و اولیه پلیس حاکی از این بود که مقتول یک فرد ۳۴ ساله است که به وسیله جسم سخت از ناحیه پشت سر مورد ضربه قرار گرفته و به قتل رسیده است. با انجام اقدامات پلیسی مشخص شد در روز حادثه مقتول با یک جوان ۱۷ ساله دیدار داشته که ظن پلیس برای قتل توسط این شخص قوت گرفت و با هماهنگی مقام قضائی نامبرده جلب و به پلیس آگاهی منتقل شد.
سرپرست پلیس آگاهی استان البرز تصریح کرد: متهم در تحقیقات تکمیلی با مشاهده مستندات پلیس لب به اعتراف گشود و اقرار کرد که به دلیل اختلاف قبلی اقدام به قتل مقتول کرده است. وی با تشکیل پرونده برای انجام مراحل قانونی به مراجع قضائی معرفی شد.
